Story

Local family remodels an old house from early 1900's that was once a popular Bordello and the First Constable's Office for Oldtown, Idaho. Now a popular new Mexican Deli with eat-in or take-out true Homemade Mexican Tacos, Burritos, Empanadas and Take & Bake Enchiladas. We cut all our own vegetables like cabbage, lettuce, cilantro, onions throughout the day so they are always fresh. All of our Salsa's and Guacamole are made from scratch. Our pinto and black beans are slow cooked and refried everyday. Our Mexican rice is cooked the old fashioned way, in a skillet not a rice cooker and one batch at a time multiple times a day! Best of all, our Corn Tortillas are made with Maseca and mixed by hand then pressed one at a time & grilled to perfection!
Our meats are hand cut and marinated with homemade marinades using the freshest ingredients; like fresh squeezed lime! Mama Sanchez says Siempre Fresca, Solamente Mama Sanchez! Try us Today it's where the locals go!!
