The very fresh bread was the best part of this experience. The main ingredient of the sandwich, Italian Sausage, was so thin, a miniscule sliver of meat, that it was tasteless. As you can see in the photos, the sausage was paper thin. The frys were soggy, limp and likely have been sitting for quite sometime before being placed on my plate. Looking around those who ordered pizza seemed pleased. If I came back, I would five the pizza a try and nothing else.
Was aiming for a different restaurant, a local pub that I expected to be quiet and maybe a little quaint at lunchtime, but finding it loud and obnoxious, we walked down the street and settled on Mama Cimino's. Didn't like that it had video gaming sad that so many places must these days, but choose to split the Sicilian pizza between us. Absolutely delicious. Don't know if we'll ever be back in the area, but if so, I hope to eat there again.
We went for the all you can eat chicken straps and fries. My husband said they were really good loved them. Dilly me ordered a Mexican dish taco salad at an Italian restaurant . No so good but I ate most of it. All in all it would be a great place to try.Food: 5/5
We seated ourselves and were served very quickly. My husband ordered the Italian meatball sandwich and I did the Italian beef sandwich and added cheese. The sandwiches come with fries and a pickle spear I give mine to my husband. My sandwich came worth au jus that is perfectly salty and full of flavor. It's a decent sized sandwich that I can never finish. It heats up well for me the next day wrap the sandwich in foil and put in a zip lock bag before putting it in the fridge.

We went in for the all you can eat special. The first time we went everything was great this time not so much. The waitress accidentally keyed our order in wrong so one of our orders was missing. I don’t know if the waitress felt awkward or what about coming back to the table, but it was another girl that refilled our drinks. They never asked if we wanted more food or anything else. We asked about my friends food multiple times, eventually I just asked them to make it to go. When I got my check I asked for the meal to be taken off, because he didn’t receive it until right before we left. The waitress apologized and told me she messed up on the order and that she would call the manager. I could hear the manager yelling at her on the phone, because she had to come back. The manager came in a blaze, because apparently we interrupted her trip to McDonald’s just to come back. She asked me why I thought I deserved to get food for free, because I received an all you can eat meal togo when they don’t do that normally. I told her that my friend didn’t get his meal until I asked for it togo. She then yelled at the waitress and asked her if what I said was true. She called her over and then dismissed anything she said. She took the meal off and then when I paid with a $50 leaving the waitress a $10 tip she made a comment. It made me doubt she would even give the waitress the tip and I wish I had handed the money to her direct. The waitress made a honest mistake and there is no reason she deserved to be treated like that. I asked her if she was a manager and come to find out she was the owners wife. I told her she was extremely rude and that I didn’t understand why she was yelling at me when I never raised my voice. She just snapped back that I was the rude one. We will never be going back to this place and I will tell as many people I can about the horrible service from someone who runs the place. Do better, and be kinder to your employees.
I found the service in the banquet hall to be lacking. We had about 50 people and only one lady attending us. Each table had about 9 people. We got one pitcher of water each. Some didnt even have ice. The place was not even set up, even though they knew we were coming. It was an hour later when we got our food. I wouldnt use Mama Cimino's like that, again.
I had their taco pizza, it was pretty good. The decor was outdated so the atmosphere was just ok. My only complaint is that they don’t give knives so we had to cut our pizza with the side of our fork, it worked out but kind of a hassle.
I placed an online order at noon for 5:45 PM pick up. Called and confirmed at 5pm and the girl said yes. Upon my arrival I walk up to the counter and everyone was scrambling to do whatever they were doing, could NOT FIND our order in the online system , finally found it under our first name vs Last. The salad that went with our dinner was sitting on a table - for how long who knows. We didn't eat! We purchased a hurricane 2 topping which was hot and good. Our mamma special of chicken stripss and French fries - was cold, the fries were nasty the breadsticks appeared to be under cooked and with a pound of chicken 10 french fries is alittle lame for 15.50! Clearly that was prepped and sat as well! What appeared to be a manager male said I am out of here and call me if you need me ,But I hope you don't call me. In the future help make your 4 counter associates more clear of surroundings and not trip over each other doing NOTHING and clueless to order pick up. I did not tip!
I decided to dine in tonight with my family of 4 this Monday an it was a HUGE,HUGE,HUGE mistake they couldnt get our order correct an kept bringing things we didnt ask for that were not ours a few different times an it was beyond frustrating especially when im dining with 2 hungry kids they are kids they dont care about an apology they are hungry children the 2 waitresses were extremely rude to my family over simple requests while we were being patient and waiting i felt because we choose to dine that it was a major inconvenience to your staff but i was not the only customer upset because another woman came in upset as well an she was being firm with one of the cashier i couldnt really hear why she was upset but my family did CLEARLY hear the waitress from across the restaurant yelling for several minutes and at one point while yelling said to the customer who was a grown woman ""im speaking to you like i would one of my kids"" WOW that was major disrespect an super insulting an totally unacceptable the cashier also threatened to call the police on the customer that just wanted to speak to a manager to resolve her issue and they refused to let her speak with management the cashier did use her personal phone to call management an then refused to let the customer speak to the manager by saying ""no im not handing over my phone"" ok that's understandable but WHY did the manager not call the store phone an speak to the customer or call the customers phone the cashier didnt even take the customers phone number as if the customers business didnt matter so the only intimidating,unruly, provoking or rude person was your cashier she was intentionally provoking that customer i honestly feel if management was there or able to speak to the customer to handle this professionally it could have definitely been handled differently but it was totally unprofessional an showed that the management didnt care that this scene was going on in their business an i will not allow myself or my family to be treated like that so i wont be coming back and after seeing how your staff treats customers i definitely wont be using the catering service since they could not even get my families dine in order correct and also for the scene my children had to witness by your cashier yelling at the other customer its just not right or professional
