I highly recommend going somewhere else to eat. Do not come here to eat. The atmosphere and service is great. The waitstaff are very nice and attentive. The condensed milk and the water were the only good things we've had. The food was horrendous. We pretty much tried the entire AYCE menu. The meat and fish are not seasoned and were very overcooked. We couldn't even bite into the chicken karaage. The sushi felt like it was giving me depression. I don't like to say this about food, but the volcano roll was vile. The subpar ice cream felt like an oasis at the end. If you want sushi in the area Midami Sushi is pretty decent, just stay clear of this place.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice it's very aesthetically pleasing the service was nice too but the quality of food, terrible. We ordered a variety of foods, around $100. The deserts were nice but the sushi was extremely dry, some food were too salty and others didn't have any salt. I would not recommend this place if you want an all you can eat check out Sushi Mountain instead the food tastes much better.
I hadn't been here for a few years, but it was better than the last time I visited. The food was good and everything that was supposed to be hot was hot. I love the cheese wontons. It's definitely overpriced though. $37.99 per adult on a weekday is pretty steep. We ate a good amount of food but won't be back for a long time because of the price.
Had an enjoyable meal with the family at Makimono. A couple of us had the all you can eat menus and others went a la carte. The menus are decent and varied. Sushi is really good. Other foods, curries etc are also good but not amazing. Portion size on a la carte menu is good. Selection options for those with dietary restrictions like my wife were very, very sparse.
I’ve been to this place for all you can eat and it’s ok. This time I ordered from the menu and it was a huge mistake. You can tell the fish is old, actually my red dragon roll has a black spot all over the salmon. Pretty disgusting. I also ordered the assorted tempura and some of it was raw. It also didn’t have any shrimp; based on the menu it was supposed to. Price is cheaper than other places so I guess you pay for that. My recommendation… if you don’t mind old sushi go ahead and order from this place, otherwise find a better place.
We love coming here! They have a huge selection, the service is incredibly fast and the taste is second to none. We celebrated my daughter's birthday and had a wonderful time!
The restaurant is nice and environment is good. Service is also nice. Food is absolutely dry and microwaved. Sushi, handroll everything is super dry. Everything has just salt and black pepper in it. Dessert is really nice.
The restaurant was dirty. Floors disgusting, booths with food on the seats... It all needed cleaning! Food was very bad. Anything fried was very oily and with so much batter that it was inedible! After eating some of it I felt bad and ordered a salad thinking that some fresh veggies would help, however it came drenched in dressing!see photo. The dessert was brought without any cutlery so when I asked for it they brought a plastic spoon! The other dessert for the other person with me was brought earlier ! with a metal spoon. I will not be back!
Food was ok, but there are smaller cheaper sushi places that are superior. The imitation crab was not good. Also, there's a lot of grime on the decor kids with food covered hands maybe? and between the seat cushions that had to have been more than the day's worth of food and dirt.
Haven't been here since before the pandemic and we liked it before. But I seen some bad reviews and my son wanted to go for his birthday and i wasn't sure I wanted to go. We went and I'm glad we did! me and my family loved the food and the great service. Our server was amazing always filling or drinks and sending our order through quickly and it was busy there. Left there full and happy!
