BEWARE! I should have read the previous reviews. Majestic Spa was a complete disappointment!!! The owner Jackie must have too much going on to book a profitable group of 6. I contacted her 3 1/2 weeks prior to our "college girl's reunion" weekend (people flying in). The scheduled Saturday morning spa treatment was going to be a big highlight of our weekend. The owner said she does plenty of groups and can accommodate us. I spoke to her twice and she said all was good, but she would never give me the specific times for our appointments (red flag there). Seven days out I was calling EVERY DAY with NO REPLY! Not a returned courtesy call letting me know she cannot accommodate our group. I kept leaving messages. I checked and other spas were booked! Late afternoon the day before the spa day, she called wanting to know if we were still coming and she was having staffing issues. This after I left her a message days before stating if I did not receive a returned call our appointment was cancelled. Thankfully, Beauty Escape in Osceola Falls was able to accommodate us at the last minute! Majestic Spa needs to learn about plain and simple customer service and etiquette.

Nice setting, good massages bit they send to be short staffed. Have left messages W no calls back. Once booked 3 massages and they could only do 1, didn't tell us until we got there.

Very disappointed. Took multiple tries to get our appointment the first time, only to be cancelled on. We came for our second appointment ten minutes early to find no one was there. We were let in by a person from the business below. 5 minutes after our appointment time no one was there so we left.

We had a girls spa day planned for several months at the Majestic Falls Spa. We were all very disappointed with our experience. Difficult to reach to schedule our services and inadequate staff so some of us couldn't receive the services we wanted. The owner very busy and had to leave our facials 2x to deal with issues. We were scheduled from 10:30 - 2:30 p.m., and one of our friends didn't get finished until almost 5 p.m. We kept being told "it'll all work out." Well, it didn't. We are all at work today with our "new manicures," and they are all chipped. Very sub-par job. The robes and slippers really need to be upgraded. Did not feel pampered to slip into old, disgusting slippers. We were told they were out of tea (really, at a spa? - go to the grocery store and buy some for heaven's sake), and lastly, adding an 18% gratuity when that was never told to us is not okay. I would have tipped more than that for my facial, but the others had sub-par massages, etc. and would have appreciated the opportunity to tip appropriately. Again, it did not "all work out" and I hope changes are made so the next group who look forward to a very different spa experience aren't disappointed.
