If I could give 0 stars I would. I got a balayage done by owner of salon. was spotted and brass. next day I went in to have it fix she left me in the sink bowl for over 20 mins after the front desk girl wash my hair. So she can cut someone else's hair and talk styles after her hair was cut. Maybe the owner was being rude to me because I did not buy her hair extensions I called hugo salon 5 times to talk about hair extensions. I was told $136 for 6 hair extensions plus $15 Piece To put in. I've seen the hair extensions they put in on people so I was not interested. She seem bitter after I told her I bought hair extensions on line. And was telling me she has a deal going on $25 per strand including put in. Well that was not what I was told on the phone. My hair looks greasy and still spotted. My mom looks like Jason form halloween after they put her hair extensions in for $450+ I was there when my mom was getting her hack job extensions fix by owner. and I told her one was still lose she said was fine but yet I seen the track sticking half out and it fall out and took her real hair with it. Not to be negative but it's true.
