First time with Pure Bliss and it won't be the last. I booked the VIP for the day package. From start to finish it was wonderful. The woman was chatty and friendly and explained about everything she was doing, she answered all my questions about the different treatments. Lovely place! Had a 50 minute deep tissue massage with a lady named Gemma, probably the best massage I could have got for my tired back occupation related. Was made to feel welcome and comfortable, and was explained about areas of tension I was holding at the end of the treatment. Lynsey and Gemma are the utmost professionals when it comes to electrolysis, both girls are very easy to get along with and carry out the procedure as efficiently and painlessly as they can. The treatment rooms are always nice and clean, and the machine they use for electrolysis is very effective. Being a transgendered woman, I need a lot of facial hair to be removed which is going to be a very long process, probably stretching over several years, but I know I'm in good hands with these two ladies working on me.
