The Not So Good - Three employees were visible to me, one of whom was already helping a client. Though I was able to find the product myself, the other two employees seemed "occupied" at their desks so I sat down to call the person for whom I was buying the product to ensure that I was purchasing the correct brand. After a few moments, I was approached by one of the other employees. Instead of asking if I needed help, I was simply told that they closed at 5PM to which I answered, "Yes, I know.
