I had my 20 and 32 week ultrasound done here and it was a fantastic experience! Clean location, on time, and great service. Receptionists and ultrasound technician were friendly and welcoming. You receive printed photos at the end of the ultrasound along with access to download ALL the photos AND videos from the session. 2D and 3D photos and videos. Great experience! I will definitely be returning for my future pregnancy ultrasounds. My only complaint is getting an appointment. I have never been able to reach someone to book an appointment for an ultrasound by phone, I always have to fill out the appointment form online and wait sometimes up to a week+ to hear back.

Amazing experience. Staff is friendly, efficient, and courteous. Service is top-notch. My appointment time was respected and all COVID protocols were followed to the letter. I was given clear information after my appointment - they made me feel safe; I was very pleased with my experience!

Although I loved my experience with my pre natal tests, I can’t get over one thing. Let me start by saying that the clinic is lovely and the staff is wonderful. My ultrasound experience was fantastic and I barely felt the blood test and I got the results in just a couple of days, yet I left feeling a bit disturbed. Masks were not mandatory, only highly suggested, so not everyone was wearing them, I even saw staff walking around without them. There was a pregnant woman in the waiting room coughing without a mask or rather one that she took off. I wish masks had been mandatory. Other than that, an amazing experience and I’ll be going back.

My experience the day of at the Ovo Clinic was very disappointing and upsetting. The lady at reception was lovely and told us the rules had just changed for Covid-19 and my husband could come for the ultrasound so exciting!. We, a very nervous first time mommy and daddy, waited about 45 minutes the client before me came late and they waited for her, with my very full bladder to be greeted by a very angry ultrasound technician because she was not informed spouses were now allowed in for ultrasounds. It took her a visit to the receptionist and about 10 minutes for her to cool down and become more friendly with my husband and I. I completely understand covid adds a layer of stress to everyone's jobs, but getting upset at your client who paid hundreds of dollars to be there to confirm the health of their baby, in front of a waiting room full of people is not appropriate.

Everyone from the phone receptionist to the front desk, ultrasound technician and nurse drawing blood were extremely kind and professional. Results were in within a week. I definitely recommend this clinic!

I've had to go twice, 2 weeks ago and 11 months ago, and the experience has been terrible… cold and insensitive employees, very bad treatment… if you can take your ultrasounds in another place, do so! I don't recommend this bad place

I came here for my 12 week pregnancy ultrasound and it was one of the best experiences of my life! The nurse really took her time to show me everything she possibly could, all organs, 3D images, heartbeat. Best thing is that at the end you get all the image captures sent to your email!

Everyone from the receptionist to the technicians were incredibly helpful and warm. They answered all of my questions and made me feel really at ease. I would recommend Clinique ovo in a heartbeat!

Nothing to say about this clinique. Everything was perfect. We got the result in less then 24 hours. Recommand it

AVOID!! We came here for help. they told us to do some tests and we did them. When there was only one test left, all they said was: "oh well it's not looking good, you should start thinking about adoption". No help whatsoever!!!! No one even explained if there were other options, what the tests said just "adoption". I had to go to my family doctor so that she could explain the results. She also said that there were other options, so we are going to see another fertility specialist!!
