Two of my children were followed there for a few years, and the service provided by the doctor was excellent, no complaints. Unfortunately, I have to leave a 1 star review due to their absolutely horrendous scheduling system and terrible service from the front desk. I scheduled an annual checkup for my son through their system with the doctor, as that's what the online scheduling system told us to do. A day before the appointment the appointment was booked months in advance, we received a call that they were cancelling the appointment because apparently we booked with the wrong person, we should have booked with a nurse instead. We explained to them that we followed the instructions listed on the site, but they ignored us and blamed us for the mistake. They admitted that the website wasn't up to date, but we should have known what to do anyway.
Overall clean clinic and welcoming. Dr. Monet is really great! I had been followed by other gyno and specialist, but I came across good reviews for Dr. Monet and was able to see her for my problem. She diagnosed me correctly and my problem, after 4 years, was gone and I felt much better! She listens to her patients. I was suffering for a long time... and was so angry on what my problem was. Grateful for her help.
This was the first clinic we contacted as it is affiliated with my boyfriends hospital where all his family worked or was born there. If you are looking for a clinic where there is verbal communication and ability to speak to someone, don't contact this clinic. I did not receive a phone call after submitting my questionnaire and follow-up questions to the clinic. The emails received from the clinic were unprofessional basically saying I am so early in my pregnancy that there is no rush...so come in August. I am considered a high risk pregnancy and not once did the secretary try and address my concerns. No one called me. I am English speaking and the website is only available in French, which also made me uncomfortable with the treatment I would receive through my pregnancy. I contacted another clinic and within 1 hour of sending the email request someone very pleasant contacted me with my appointment information....for July. Already the interaction I had with the other clinic far surpassed the experience I had here.
So sad to have to give one star review because I have otherwise loved this clinic and have been seeing the same doctor for almost 6 years and 2 pregnancies. Today, I called as I was unable to secure a time for my son's 12 month appointment end of October on their website. Prior to them using the "portail" system they now use, I would always call a month ahead to make an appointment no issues, my doctor's secretary was always so helpful and would do anything to wiggle someone in if they were booked. Since last year, that secretary has left and her replacement is impolite, and has no people skills. I called on the off chance that a cancelation would occur and I could be put on a list to be called if there is an availability; to be told quite rudely that I should know that all appointments are done on the internet, not to call the office and there are no cancelations. I will have to wait til the December dates roll out and make my son's appointment then. I might add that usually they would contact me for my babies appointments for their follow-ups until they were a year old. If you're going to work in a doctor's office and not be able to talk to someone like a decent human being, maybe you're in the wrong line of work. I was never sent any information regarding 2mth delays for getting appointments, nor am I an employee at the clinic so I am not privy to this information. To be treated like a complete moron that I "should know"... I suggest GMF La Cigogne deals with this secretary or replace her with someone who has actual people skills.
An uninsured patient is a moneycow for them. I'm only 10weeks pregnant and they already demand $2000 cash deposit for birth, which in 7 months will be covered by my medical card i'm waiting on. Otherwise they will not accept you as a patient. Pay upfront-if not, they will leave you giving birth on the streets.
The best clinic, i have no complaints. Simply the best service ever. Thanks to all the stuff.

Depuis qu’ils ont changé l’heure de prise de rendez-vous pour midi la veille. On a beau se connecter même plutôt remplir le Tout, on nous donne jamais d’option de rendez vous. On a toujours le message aucune disponibilité en bout de ligne. Quelque chose avec le système ne fonctionne clairement pas. Et les sectaires on ne peut les joindre au téléphone et par email elle repondent simplement, je peut pas prendre de rendez-vous pour voir faut utiliser le système toute est deja prit. Comment ce fait il que des rendez vous qui ne sont jamais apparue son deja prit??
