Dr. Carrière is the best OB ever, she’s caring, patient, efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and joyful. It’s absolutely a pleasant and wonderful experience to have her as my OB throughout my pregnancy. I always have so many, so many questions, and she always answers every single one of them with great patience and in great detail. She works efficiently when she does my pregnancy examinations. I will 200% go with Dr. Carrière again for my future babies!nnAlso Dr. Fournier delivered my baby, she’s so gentle and full of empathy!nnGreat medical team at La Cigogne!

I’m incredibly grateful to Dre Sophie Carrière for the care I received throughout my pregnancy. She was always kind, attentive, and genuinely compassionate, making me feel safe and supported at every visit. Her warmth and enthusiasm never went unnoticed.nnEven if there were times I had to wait—whether a few minutes or even longer—it never bothered me, because it was clear she takes her time with each patient and gives them the attention they deserve. That kind of dedication is rare and so appreciated.nnI will always remember her kindness and the comfort she brought me during such an important time of our lives.

I was very disappointed todaynI was only 11 minutes “late” but staff refused to see me and told me to reschedule. Emergencies, traffic, and parking delays happen. Patients deserve basic respect and understanding, not to be turned away at the door. My baby was very sick and its not easy to get back the appointment for the next daynas a healthcare facility, I expected more flexibility and empathy. Turning away a patient who is already there, this is very bad they should have a respect.

I was a bit cautious having La Cigogne to follow my pregnancy given the bad reviews. Considering its location and wanting to deliver in Charles-Le Moyne hospital, I still went ahead and I'm glad I did. I experienced nothing but very attentive, kind and thorough care.nnI was followed by Dre Delisle and appreciate her good humour and care. She listens and addresses concerns. I was prepared to wait for my appointments and to my surprise, they are often on time only maybe 1-2 appointments where I had to wait more than 30min. I cannot choose a better clinic.

I recommend this clinic 100%. Always emergency appointments available. Never had an issue contacting the secretary by email, they respond the same day.nDr Veronique Proulx is amazing. Takes all the time you need to answer any questions at all. Dr Beaulieu is another gem! Saw her for an emergency and she comforted me and made sure i got every test i need right away. She is a shark and she will fight for her patients. Love that about her!nMy first son is being followed by IPS Valerie Saillant who is also super good, patient and attentive. I would recommend this clinic to everyone i know! Absolutely blessed to have my pregnancy and my son followed here!!
