Staff was very nice over the phone and I was never on hold for longer than a few minutes. The staff and Dr. Cristina Solak were amazing. I feel they really listened to me and took my concerns seriously. I left with a treatment plan and feeling like I was putting my health in good hands. They got me an appointment within a month and a half as well, which is very fast compared to others in the area. I'm not sure what all these other 1 star comments are about, I had a wonderful experience here.
For months my husband and I have been chasing resolutions for his ongoing health concerns. Since the inception of the ‘new system’ they’re learning they have missed paperwork needed to sustain employment, missed appointments, missed call backs, and for the last week we called to have BLOOD PRESSURE medication filled…. It’s been literally a week, and there have been attempts through portal and phone calls all to no avail. Today we drove to the office to get the reasoning behind this… we were legitimately told ‘oops. We dropped the ball.’ Are you kidding.!? This is disgusting. 100 percent failure
I wish I'd seen these reviews before today. Dr Diehl was my Amazing Dr,@ Elmwood Care, in Waterville, Me. She moved on to Togus VA Hosp. It was recommended that I go to Gardiner Family Medicine, because it's closer to my residence. I've been, and left some inept, incorigeable, unprofessional practices, but GFM wins the blue ribbon, hands down! Wait times of 45mins to get thru on the phone, year long excuses of "learning a new phone system", asking for our "patience" with said system, no follow through with call backs, playing phone tag throughout said system, prescriptions put thru to pharmacy incorrectly or not at all, having the only positive responses thru the On Call physicians, only to have the excuse squad take over the next day, causing and exacerbating already crippling anxiety, because prescriptions arent called/e-scripted to requested/alreadylisted pharmacy, referrals not being made and just not being told the truth, being left to feel irrelevant, or to be wasting their precious time? I don't know when this "Practice" is going to stop using their patient's patience as easily as they make excuses for their incompetence! The lack of compassion abounds! Drs and your staff... Is this what your goals were, when you decided on a medical education and care, or did you just do it for the money? Is this how you represent your true self, Drs, PAs, NPs and staff? Is this how YOU want to be best represented? Do you even care?
Horrible place to have a PCP extremely long wait times on phone calls. Long waits for appointments and they never call back after leaving messages. Would NOT recommend my pcp denied my diabetes meds twice ... I moved on to a better place. They are money driven not care drivin. AWFULL !!!
This practice has been my general practitioner for about 1.5-ish years now. I’ve experienced: . doctors walk into the room and call me by the wrong name . have no clue why I’m even there at all . tell me they can’t do what I set the appointment up to accomplish . Tell me I should look for another doctor . Tell me they are putting out a referral I desperately need only to have me call back 8+months later it’s a long wait time. I was told about a year “apparently” to be told it was never put through . Be told repeatedly that I would have a referral put in . Lost some of my files during their “new computer program” swap over I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy
My dad has heart problems and severe anxiety and panic attacks. It’s been over a week they keep running around and refusing to fill his anxiety medication this IS SERIOUS you DON’T just stop a medication like that cold turkey they’re running him in circles and it shouldn’t be legal to do this you don’t just cut someone off from NEEDED medication if a doctor isn’t in then you have a back up doctor to make sure someone gets their medication. Thank God he did not agree to allow them to prescribe his heart medication if so they would’ve neglectful he killed him by now
I have followed Dr Rick Marden to this location but unfortunately I've been trying to get a hold of this office for days I've actually let my phone go for 45 minutes on hold waiting and still nobody I can't get prescriptions refilled. I've now had to find a new primary care doctor which is very disappointing as I really liked Dr Marden.
Getting threwto someone is like pulling teeth,I also have been waiting 4 days for my one medicine to be called into the pharmicy.I need this one medicine for my breathing.Don't have a problem with my other meds, just seems to be just this one med.
Never had a problem with them yet. Knock on wood. Great customer service and great care never had a problem getting care and service. Could always use more staff thlugh very short staffed.
I submitted a review last week but I apparently did something wrong as it’s not listed. I see Dr Leigner as my pcp and could not be happier with him. I have seen him on multiple occasions and I have never once felt rushed by him. He has taken the time to really listen to my concerns and has taken the time to get to know my issues. Also, I’ve never had a problem getting test results. He either calls me personally or his assistant does and that is followed up in writing. I will say my one issue with the practice is getting through on the phone. I have waited for 45 minutes or more for someone to take the call. It’s very frustrating.
