The portions were surprisingly generous for the prices they are charging. The bowls of noodles are so filling and the dumplings are so big compared to a lot of other restaurants. Both their vinegar and their spicy oil mix tasted great and paired so well with their different kind of dumplings. The noodles were soft and chewy which went so well with their light but flavourful beef broth. Furthermore, the toppings were well seasoned and given in great proportions compared to the amount of noodles. The porc bun was also a delight. The meat inside was fluffy and salty which made such a great contrast to the bread that was light and crunchy on the outside. My only complaint would be on their steamed dumplings. The skins were a bit too thick and the fillings were a bit dry. And, even though shrimp was supposed to be in them, we barely tasted it. Overall though, the food was quite delicious and the service was decent.
A hidden gem. The restaurant is lovely decorated. The food is good and price is decent. I ordered the marinated noodles. It is excellent. But it is more for Chinese as I am not sure non Asian will eat black fungus and other Asian type mushroom. The pork buns is the one I highly recommend. Crispy outside and soft inside. The taste is not as strong as other Asian resto but I like it. The fried buns on the other hand is just so so. Service: 5/5 Food: 4/5 Ambient : 5/5 Price: decent
This restaurant is a hidden gem! It’s very lowkey as not many people know about this relatively new northern Chinese restaurant in Brossard. Not many people were dining here on a Saturday night when we came here. First of all, the owners really put the effort into every detail regarding the decor of the restaurant. The ceilings had a nice motif and the restaurant was decorated as if we were transported into a Chinese temple. The service was also great and quick! Really enjoyed the beef noodle soup and would highly recommend. The broth was really clear and tasted very clean. The beef was also super tender. Every dish was made with care and was homemade. The pork and green onion pancakes took relatively long to make as it was made fresh out of the kitchen. It was crunchy and flaky and was worth the wait. I really appreciate the effort the owners put in the food, the service and the decor of the restaurant so I would recommend to anyone looking for some good northern Chinese food.
This restaurant deserves more publicity for sure. The decor is amazing along with fairly priced, authentic Chinese northern style noodles. I have yet to try other items on the menu, will definitely return. 100% recommend.
Loved this place! Service was very attentive and food was delicious. Will definitely come back to try more! My pictures do not do it justice. We also had meat pies and they are bigger than expected and also very flavorful.
Ordered beef noodle soup, dumplings, pork buns and seaweed salad. Everything is fresh and tasty, the flavours are not overpowering. The service is very good and attentive.
Very authentic northern Chinese noodles. I tried their steam buns, marinated noodles and cucumber appetizers. Tasty and definitely coming back to try their beef noodle soup. if you are in brossard, this place is def worth trying.
Family-owned business with authentic dishes. This is the BEST place for dumplings in Brossard. I love how their dumplings taste like my grandma's homemade dumplings! Their dough is homemade & the pork bun is heavenly: crispy bun and juicy, tender meat.
Being a fan of dumplings and a person who loves to discover hidden gems, this is one you must try. Dumplings are so fresh, better than any I have eaten around the south shore and montreal. Rou Jia Mo pork bun is a must try as well ! Food, service, quality 10/10 Seriously underpriced for the quality of the food. Definitely recommend.
Food is excellent and genuine Northern Chinese. Freshly made.Food: 5/5
