Story

Ouvert depuis 1995, La Magia est rapidement devenue un incontournable sur la Rive-Sud de Montréal.
Située sur la plus belle rue du Vieux-Longueuil, La Magia vous propose une cuisine italienne actualisée. On y retrouve des entrées réjouissantes: tapas, antipasti, gratin de fromage de chèvre, fondue de parmesan, salade de roquette et prosciutto, etc.
Les pâtes et pizzas habituelles font partie du menu, mais on découvre également de surprenantes créations aux ingrédients contrastants: pâtes aux raisins rouges, prosciutto, basilic et pernod, pizza aux truffes et roquette, aux chorizo et figues, etc.
Que ce soit pour un diner d'affaire, un lunch entre amis (menu midi @ 11,95$), un souper tête-à-tête ou une fête familiale, La Magia est l'endroit tout désigné.

Good service, nice location. We had a table by the windows. I ordered penne with Bolognese sauce. The salad was very oily as well as the pasta. The sauce does not taste fresh. Poor food quality, it's unfortunate! Don't think will come back.

Ok food, Ok wine list, service just ok. Decor is nice. All in all, overpriced for what it really is, and ther are better gastronomic options in the area. Go there with your aunts and uncles who will enjoy conservative a "Italian" menu, but don't go have a date or a celebratory meal. In fact, for Italian food, there are also more authentic options nearby.

The risotto was awesome. The dessert was great. The wait staff was pleasant and checked on us too many times to count. Would recommend this to anyone. Great place.
