Excellent Indian food with very generous portions! Their kofta malai was so soft and flavorful. Their food is definitely mild so I might ask for more spice next time.
Service 4/5 Food 5/5 Pictures Food: Butter Chicken, samosa chat, Manchurian cauliflower, Garlic Naan, chicken kurma, mughlai chicken. Of the six years I’ve been in AA, I’ve heard a lot of about Madras Masala, but I’ve never had it myself. Needless to say, it’s well spoken about for a reason. The food was delicious and authentic!
Great spot - my favorite Indian restaurant in Ann Arbor. There’s a lot of good places here but I feel Madras is just slightly better and more consistent than the others. Chicken Tikka Masala and Aloo Gobi are delicious!
I stopped in for dinner. The service was prompt and freshly made.. no frills or fuss, ordered the chicken tikka masala and it was some of the best food I've ever had. The naan was soft and fresh and paired perfectly with Masala. We also ordered samosa for an appetizer and they did not disappoint. Definitely recommend if you're downtown Ann arbor and you're craving Indian.
This place is so disgusting and help yourself to stay away. My husband and I just had a brunch here Jan 2nd, 2022 first time ordered Payasam, some chicken and lamb. I didn’t pay much attention and ate some of the Payasam and then handed to my husband. He pointed out to me there were obviously lots of mold on top of the rice. I questioned the waitress and the staff. They only apologized saying the lady brought it didn’t pay attention to it and then charged me for the rest of my food. This is the way they handle the food go into your mouth. Please think twice and save yourself. I am gonna spend the rest of my holiday worrying about the coming food poison symptoms.
Went to this place with friends for eating dosas. we ordered Coffee and the milk has gone bad. When we asked the waiter was very impatient and she just canceled the coffees. Dosas were okay, not the best i have eaten. The Idli was good. Chutney’s tastes Stale but Sambar tasted really good. We drove 40mins to go to this place. Definitely wouldn’t want to drive so much for the food but if you are in the area and want to go for some Indian food then this is the place
So delicious! Good amount of food for the price. Really great customer service too. The Aloo Matar is really good.
Food is very good. There is NO buffet and prices are around $1 more than the menu states. Nov 29, 2022
Truly heartfelt and good cooking. This instantly spoke to the soul and gave comfort. Was helped very well and what to get and tasted like things are done right and not rushed. Gave me a taste of somewhere I definitely would love to go. This place is worth the journey. Will definitely be back. Best Indian I've ever eaten.
They don’t have buffet! Every menu item is sneaked increased by $2 on the check. When asked why the price is so different without notice, they showed me a super small note on the wall saying that they need to increase the price. How funny! Mango lassie is smaller than 4oz for each small cup, which makes me think it is for refill. When asked if there is a refill, the owner told me this is absolutely no and laughed with another Indian customer. The kitchen is super dirty and smelled very badly. The cups and boxes were stored in a dirty mass. I will not recommend this place. I still paid the full price because the owner wasn’t friendly. Not a good safe place to argue with him.
