I called in with a general question, store associate Diane answered the phone she was argumentative and hung up on me. I called back and got Don, which he was such a nice man very helful, while he had me on hold i heard Diane telling someone in the background her made up story of events from our conversation. I called to put a complaint in to the owner Gerard and he came at me saying it was my fault. I was shocked. I explained to him that i was a nurse and wouldn't mistreat some one unfairly for no reason, he said "i don't care that your a nurse" That he overheard me lastweek said he sits close to the phone and can hear conversations and that I was coming at his associate Diane which that is not true he did not hear me mistreat anyone, i called about screws they may have in stock so weird how the owner is now arguing with a customer calling the customer a liar and all i wanted was to buy some scews for my siding. With this general attitude toward human beings, this store won't keep customers. Very dissapointed! And still shocked.

The service here is great and the staff/owners are very friendly. As someone else mentioned, this is a family run business and they will go the extra mile for you. Support your local business here! Great location as well.
