The staff and owner of Bush furniture in Madoc were absolutely amazing to work with. They helped us revolve issues with our washing machine and dealing with the warranty company when we ran into issues. Highly recommend! We would not deal anywhere else.
Great store, all made in beautiful furniture!nI've been searching for a living room chair that is comfortable and attractive. Found a perfect option here! So many fabric choices. Only problem is, I discovered that the sales girl accidentally I'm sure switched the numbers on the sales receipt...was suppose to be $1289 and she wrote it up $1829 I paid in full upon ordering and I should have noticed immediately. I will call and have it fixed in the morning. Store was closed when I got home so I couldn't deal with it today.nIf you're looking for quality, made in Canada furniture this store is worth checking out! Would be five stars if not for the mix up on the bill, but to error is human!!! Only because of that, I give it 4 stars. Also, they only required a deposit upon ordering, it was my choice to pay in full.
If you want to buy or browse Bush Furniture is the store to visit, the staff has that village friendliness and patience beyond the extreme. They are always willing to help and or make suggestions as to colour, fabric or decor. The prices are always competitive or better than the big box stores and some of the local furniture stores. The people who are going to deliver are very efficient and friendly as well. The place to shop if you want the real deal.
