Glad we finally tried this place after passing by for years! The interior is really cute, food is great, service is great & prices are not high. I had the potato pancake Benedict & it was close to perfection! The potato pancakes were nice & crisp on the outside, the Canadian bacon was smoky & flavorful, eggs were poached perfectly, & the Hollandaise was the perfect consistency! The side of grits hit the spot too. The cream of rice soup was comforting & delicious! Will definitely return! Street parking is free on Sundays.
I came in around 11am on Friday. We were seated immediately and our waitress came to greet us immediately as well. We ordered the gyro skillet, breakfast burrito and cheesecake crepes with strawberries and nutella. Food came out HOT and fresh and pretty quickly. Everything tasted amazing...i definitely recommend for breakfast... we'll be back for lunch another day!
Madison Park Kitchen for brunch on a Sunday... Larger parties are harder to sit as folks like to gab after finishing their meal. So, arrive early or be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes or more. We ordered a Veggie panini, breakfast confetti pancake with eggs and bacon, Red, White & Blue burger with fries. Thought the proteins lacked a bit of seasoning while the starches were definitely on the sweet side Coffee definitely was a pick me up. IMO, wasn't enough wow to justify the wait. Madison Park Kitchen is great for families with large portions. All things considered our service was stellar, food was underwhelming and mediocre.
First, parking - there is street parking in the front if you are lucky to find a spot and then they Parking available in the back. Great local breakfast! The food was fantastic, and we paid the price we expected. They have a huge menu with a variety of meals. The servers and bussers were very nice. Seating is a little tight, but not too much on top of the other tables.
Best breakfast skillet!!! So filling I couldn't finish. I got the Desperado skillet with eggs over easy, cheddar cheese, and raisin toast. They include sour cream and salsa. Last time I ordered a breakfast skillet ole skillet was from Broadview family rest, and this is the clear winner, Although it was 2$ more than Broadview family rest, that was due to me adding cheese mostly. Although this one had only 2 eggs vs 3 in the other one, the amount of jalapenos and addition of sour cream and salsa make up for it. Taste is a 10/10. I ordered from doordash and it took longer than expected but was still warm enough to satisfactory. Of course unlike some people, I know better than to blame the restaurant for door dashes problems. I never get that why people will leave a restaurant 1 star because of a delivery problem. I will definitely be eating here again.
It was awesome! Not too busy for a Sunday brunch, which I was thankful for because I usually work Sunday brunches myself, so it was pleasant to be able to get a table right away. We ordered a handful of things and shared. We really enjoyed the food!
We come here a good amount of time. The service is always great. Food comes fast. Just a great classic diner. No complaints!Food: 4/5
First time going to this restaurant and it won't be the last. I absolutely loved it very easy, uncomplicated, very relaxed atmosphere and the staff was he very very nice and attentive. The food was wonderful and I can't wait to go back.Food: 5/5
I had a fantastic time at this restaurant with my friends. The food was delicious, and the drinks were creative and fun. The staff was also fantastic - they made sure we had a great time from start to finish.
I love when I find a restaurant with tasty gluten free options! Came here for brunch on a Sunday...was able to get seated right away. Street parking is free on Sunday's. There's a few parking spaces behind the restaurant for customers. Our waitress was friendly and great with refilling our coffee. I ordered the potato benny and an order of gluten free waffles. My friend had the Barn frittata which looked really good...I plan on getting a frittata the next time I'm here. The potato benny was good. It could have used a little more seasoning. The gluten free waffle was fantastic. You couldn't tell that it was gluten free since it was fluffy and not dry at all. Definitely coming back for waffles. Portion sizes are large, so you're getting a good deal for the price.
