I'm so sad. What happened to Macy's. The selection has dwindled and the staff are in slow motion. Macy's will no longer be my go to store.

Never in my life have I encountered such a rude manager while shopping at Macy’s. there was a line of customers so the associate couldn’t help me so I asked the manager Hamzat (I believe his name is this) to help me and he gave an attitude about it and left me at a dead end basically. Could not find what I was looking for at all. He needs to get his act together and stop looking so miserable. News flash, if you don’t like your job, quit, but don’t ruin other people’s experience with your attitude!
