The associates doesn’t know what they are doing. I waited for 15 min. First associate came and told me to wait. He never show up. After 1 hrs another showed up and told me to hold again. F**king mess up. Need to know how to take care of customers.

I hated how the agent here treated me. She was very rude.. however I thanked her at the end and she didn't even bother herself to say welcome or no worries. SO RUDE.

I ported 2 of my numbers on my line from another network to at&t, so in the program of trade-in which i made in a AT&T store in providence place mall on DEC 24th-2016, I got some store credit for both my phones. So i was looking on some devices on store and the rep suggested me and my friend to but apple watch and beats headset, he said as we have store credit we get those both devices free of cost with out any charge down or monthly, He even spoke with the manager of the store as said those both devices were FREE of cost. For the next 2 months i didn't get a chance to look at my bill. Then when i observed i saw those devices were being charged in the from of subscription for the past 3 months. So i raised a concern with the store asking them y- they wanted me to come to store. I said i moved to Illinois so its not possible to come there. They told to contact customer care. I went to multiple AT&T stores here to make them talk to them. So at last i fed up with going i raised a case(CM20170321_123278129)about month ago from this date. Initially they said 1 week after 1 week when i checked back they said there was some problem with case they corrected it and submitted it again. After this the next 3 times i called them i still here the same reason. They say there is some data missing hear the whole story again and say they corrected it and submitted it again and no answer. Last time when i called them on 4/6/2017 a rep said that there was still something missing listened the whole story again, and said she submitted it again. I asked her that i want a talk to manager. She then replied that she can't transfer to them, but i would be getting a call back in 3 BUSINESS days. I am fed up with this after 40 to 50 calls and roaming from store to store. i still don't have a answer to my issue. I even said them when i called that i can't take this anymore i can return those devices i don't want to see them in my sight with all these going around. They insisted me to keep the devices and they would solve this. I still didn't get a call or a email or nothing.

Me and a couple of friends went to the store to get a family plan. We wanted to change to this option given the case we could keep our current phone numbers and get a slight discount compared to our respective plans. When we arrived we were welcomed by Eric and he was actually quite nice. He walked us through the possible plans and the prices (such as 110$ for 5 people and 25GB). However, he did not mention that we have to pay 20$ in addition to that in any word, even though we were asking a few times. After setting up the plan he got the new SIM cards. Then one person after the other person got the information got the sudden information that it would not be possible to keep our former number unless we paid around 150$, even though we told him that this would be a crucial aspect for us. Being there for almost two hours already we just went with it and got a new phone number each of us. After then setting up everything we asked again how much it would cost per person and suddenly Eric came up with a price that was much higher (190$ instead of 110$) and showed us each persons share as if it would have been clear from the beginning. At this point we started complaining that we haven't been informed about the price properly and Eric proceeded to get the manager named Gustavo. Gustavo was standing there with an annoyed face asking us what he could do for us? We answered by asking him, what could be done? His answer was: Basically nothing, we could just change to another plan. So bottomline: When you want to get a family plan there be sure to inform you on your own before you ask them since they will not be honest at all and promise things that are not true at all!
