I am going to this gym location for years. I think it is one of the best gym in Calgary for many reason. Friendly front desk people, reasonable price, steam room could be little stronger, great equipment, not as busy, the people working out here are normal and not show ups as in other popular gyms in Calgary, good size lockers, good washrooms and showers with amenities. I always feel very welcomed when I entry the doors. The towel service is great too.
Best Gym in Calgary Hands down. Honestly best decision I’ve made, I love training at GYMVMT on Macleod Trail. Such an amazing and VERY friendly professional team who make me actually want to go train. Their trainers are exceptional, they have great equipment, the overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave. 10/10 Would highly recommend!
I haven't been to many other gyms for years as I didn't have to. This gym location has great, friendly employees, very good machines selection and the steam room plus the towel service is just excellent. The steam room could be turned a bit up though, not as hot as it could be. This gym is also very reasonably price for what it offers to its customers. Thank you and keep it up!
I’ve been coming here since the new year. As a newbie, it was pretty intimidating as an overall experience at first; but the reason I’m still coming regularly are the amazing staff. The team at this location has put in an honest effort that is noticed daily by everyone coming and going. The facilities are great, plenty of the essentials that other gyms seem to cheap out on - multiple squat racks, bars; and the steam room during the winter is hard to ignore.
Ive been here the last 12 years, For the Past couple of weeks, a Huge change for this Gym, great Staff! Receptionist goes above and beyond their work duties, great service!!! Thank you everyone, for the hard work.. we truly appreciate it.. esp the loyal old timers!! Great Job management for the Team!
I have been lifting for around 3 years now and have bounced from gym to gym to get a new aroma and experience. I have not seen a gym like GYMVMT in my years of lifting, they have a perfect balance of simplicity with there layout and a the newest up to date equipment that other gyms I’ve been to can’t compete with. The gym is never too busy, even around 5pm when every gym is packed, I’m still yet to have to wait for a machine due to there wide variety of equipment and they have a good way to flow traffic around the gym so you’re not bumping shoulders or having to shimmie over in the middle of a set because people need to get by. They follow up all those amazing qualities with an amazing new team that actually cares for there clients and members. They are quick to act on any issues and are always filled with kind enthusiasm to brighten up the day! Overall I give this place 5 due to my amazing experience and reasons I’ve explained.
This is hands down the best gym I’ve ever trained at. Not only is the atmosphere friendly and inviting but it is full of other fully committed gym members who are pleasant to be around. My husband and I love this gym so much that we drive an extra 20 mins for this specific location. Also, Rob is great!
I am from Vancouver and I came to this gym during Christmas holidays to stay fit for my clients, my classes I teach and for my health. The staff are so supportive and friendly; the regulars who go to this gym are so loving and have great vibes. I LOVE this gym and will go back when I visit my family again. All the equipment is top notch for beginners to athletes. : :

The best gym! Has come a long way since being World Health. Staff is super friendly and it’s not too busy like most gyms!
