By far the best exercise I have ever done. At 58 years young this is the perfect way to stay fit. Curtis / Bolt and the gang know how to get you into CrossFit without injury but pay attention. My daughter Luci and Maverick also do CrossFit here mostly @ the 6 AM class.
Dropped in wanting to move some weight while closing out a long vacation weekend. Great facility and inviting coaching staff! Highly recommend a visit if your are looking for a box to join or need to get the blood flowing.
Great experience at this box. The coach and members of the class are welcoming and the environment is everything you want a box to be: spacious, clean, good equipment.
Excellent facilities, programming, and coach. I stopped by for a drop-in workout while travelling through Calgary; the coach and the members were super welcoming!
Super welcoming box and the coaching is excellent. The box is clean and there is lots of equipment. I come here when I visit from out of town. Wish I could train here more often!
