Bought my first Ram truck here. No issues. Because their used vehicle selection is poor. Purchased my second elsewhere. Kept coming here for service. No issues. Just purchased my third Ram truck. Wanted to keep going there for service. But would not respond to my emails concerning getting my truck serviced there. So. I am done with them. I'll make the 2hr one way trip to Pothier. Lost business for them. I could care less. It was convenient to go there. But I won't support a business doesn't take an interest in wanting me back. I also have family that do business there. I will be taking them to Pothier with me.
