All I can say is, "WOW"!! Paul and the new Manager went above & beyond my expectations, they gave me such a great deal I had to look at the contract a few times more to believe what I'm seeing, but man oh man, theses guys are absolutely the best. Their salesmanship, their desire to give you the best deal & trade-in value is amazing. I got the truck I wanted, I got the salesman & manager of the year!! I absolutely love my new truck and I'm already letting family & friends know about how well I was treated. They told me, "We want to Earn you business", and by god they did that!!! I woke up this morning and looked out my window and seen our new truck in our driveway and I'm a proud new owner of a 2018 F150 XLT Super Crew 4x4 XTR ford truck with a 2.7 liter twin turbo v6! I absolutely love it, it has 325 HP and 400 LBs of torque and the color is perfect! So, I shopped around got an ok trade-in value at other dealers but nothing felt right so I ended up talking to Paul at Keltic and it's the best thing I ever did. So, PLZ if you're in the mood for a new truck or vehicle give Paul a call and let them know Hubert sent you, these guys will go above & beyond to earn your business! The best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. Jeremy and his team delivered an exceptional deal, incredible customer service and were very accommodating in arranging accessories for the truck. It was chance that brought me from Halifax to Keltic Ford in Antigonish, as they happened to have the truck I was looking for, but Keltic will be my first and only stop next time I'm in the market for a new car. I was towing a trailer, on vacation with my family.   We were visiting the east coast from Ontario, and were on our way from Cape Breton to Halifax.   At about 20min outside of Antigonish, we started having issues.  The check engine light came on and my F150 started loosing power.    We called Keltic Ford and they made arrangements to take us in.   Ashley I hope I spelled your name correctly was the biggest help!   She and the team got us back on the road in stellar time.   I would most definately recommend Keltic Ford to anyone for repairs.    If I lived in NS, I would most definately visit them when it was time to replace my F150.   Good job everyone.   You hit this one out of the park!

I purchased a Pre-Owned vehicle from Keltic and the service has been incredible. I was hesitant to contact them with a small issue I thought my car's tire might be having but when I called they were quick to ascertain the issue and remedy the situation. In the end, the tire was simply a little low yet they ran a full test to take my worry away. Since then the car has been running perfectly and they even called to ensure my issue had not come back. I drive with peace of mind knowing they have my back. I recommend the Keltic Ford team!

Do not buy here. Shop elsewhere. Poor product support and customer service. Absolute trash.

The times we have visited at Keltic Motors we have received mostly good service. A few years ago when my husband was looking to buy a work truck the sales rep he talked to tried to upsell him and did not seem to be listening to his needs. The experience was such he went to another dealership. Last year we started looking for an electrified vehicle. Sales associate Robert MacDonald greeted us within minutes of our arrival and was able to answer all our questions when we visited the lot. He was great. Shane Arsenault was a very good email correspondant when we had questions during the recent lock down. The sales team was good to get back to me when I had questions and responded within a reasonable timeframe to my requests needing only one gentle reminder about promised information. Overall we have had a good experience with Keltic Ford. As with other dealerships I would recommend doing your homework before visiting or contacting them and being unafraid to tell them what you need / want.

Excellent service!! Highly recommend and Greg our sales guy is top notch very attentive and helpful goes above and beyond , will definitely be going back !
