Macao Imperial Tea

Watery compared to other places. They were out of Taro which I can understand why in the opening weekend but I keep hearing afterwards of instances that they’re still out. The cheesecake could’ve been more pronounced in terms of serving and flavour; I believe it was just cheesecake spread lightly on the side of the inside cups which make it appear like there’s lots. I prefer other places like Serene Tea that are consistently good and you get the value per price.

We always go here for milk tea because they are the only one who have a good quality black pearl, soft and chewy. But we order this evening and its not as good as it was. The center part of the black pearls was so hard. I dont know if it's an old one that you are guys trying to get rid off or it's not properly cooked. Make sure to always check the quality of your black pearls before serving it. Everything is getting expensive right now and people deserve a good quality food to spend their money with.

My sister and i waited an hour for our drinks. She was one person a head of me. We both tipped and the drinks costed about $10 with the pearls, i realized when i was out the door that he didn’t add any pearls so i went back and he wanted to charge me for pearls. I told him i paid 10$ for the drink and it should be with pearls, he refused unless i paid the extra again. I am very upset about waiting an hour and not getting my order right. I come to Macao pretty often and i’ve never seen this guy before. Not Impressed.

Wow this bubble tea is far better than Gong Cha or Chatime! Avocado Mango and mixed fruit tea is what I got. The real fruits takes it to a whole other level!Food: 5/5

Worth a visit. I had the mango pomelo sago. Good flavour and authentic toppings. Slightly on the pricy end and the dine-in setup was pretty limited.

Had mixed fruit tea with boba. Was ok. They should include some milk substitutes for diary free people.

It was really good at first but now its so inconsistent. We would always get the taro cheesecake but its either theres not enough pearls or cheesecake. Today it was both and the taro was very watered down. You pay extra for the cheesecake but in reality they just smear a tiny amount of cheesecake on the cup that you cant even taste.

I ordered Mango Pomelo Sago and it was prepared wrong. I have ordered this before and this is now how it looks like.. Dietary restrictions: NA

Had the cheesecake taro and I asked for white pearls like I would from all the other bubble tea places. Did not get the regular white pearls, it was not chewy or anything like the white pearls it was almost dusty. The taro is just like the taro bubble tea from restaurants, the bubble tea powder not real taro flavour.
