We've always loved Macs!! The last 2 times have not been great, not sure what's changed .. ordered tonight and all our food is well done, esp the cheesy bread.

We are somewhat “regular customers” when it comes to their taco pizza. We love it! However, the last 5 times that we have ordered the customer service has been pretty poor. When we call to order lately, nobody knows what I’m even talking about literally the special of the day. When we get there to pickup our pizza, there is not a smile and is the most quiet and impersonal transaction. The last two times, the lady at the register didn’t even conclude our interaction by saying “have a good day” or anything similar before moving to the next customer, so I literally stood their waiting for a second before I figured out that I was actually set to go. Strange. I understand there is a lot of new workers and possibly turnover, but the customer service has went downhill fast.
Every time I go here it's for a birthday party. Nice space with the game room for the kiddos. When ordering specific pizzas, they come in a timely manner. The buffet is awesome when food is available in it.Food: 5/5
I tried to order from Marco's and they always delivered to me until today said it was to far. I called Mac's and they are 2 miles further away and had no problem coming out plus their food was cheaper and far far better quality and the customer service was A+. I will be back as much as I can. Thank you so much Mac's!!!!!!

The food was good. I would have liked to have some kind of dessert available. There was a vanilla pudding, but bits of other foods had been dropped into it. It definitely wasn’t appetizing.Recommended dishesSalad Bar
There was a mixup with my order somewhere between door dash and the restaurant but Ben was wonderful in trying to find the issue and sending us a replacement right away. We love Mac's pizza and were glad to see their customer service is just as good as their food!
Came in at 7pm to eat with my husband our first time here and we were told they were slowing down for the night. 30 dollars for the both of us and the buffet looked horrible. I cannot believe they got voted best of the best for a buffet only good edible thing was the chicken!
I don't know what was up with our food, but the mashed potatoes smelled and tasted like the styrofoam cup it came in and the tater tot casserole smelled and tasted like vomit. We definitely won't be eating their food again. But the chicken was excellent.
