My Husband & I love their Six Cheese Tuscan Pizza with Ranch Sauce. We also love their Parmesan Chicken Wings. The only complaint I truly have is the delivery drivers always seem to have a difficult time finding my address.Food: 5/5
This place is usually great. If you order at a busy time though. Friday night. It will be a long wait. Placed online order, said 28-38 minutes and pizza, one pizza was my order. Took about 65 minutes from time i placed order. Also ordered light sauce, light cheese, well done. Got none of the above even though sticker stated otherwise. Not trying to complain, they are usually the best in town. Just not during a rush. Otherwise would definitely recommend!
Can't say mich about the store I got my stuff hot and on time sounds like babies in the reviews my review is for this nasty papa bowl it's legit just a bowl of Grease you can go drain it and cook some more just flat out get if off the menu lol
Ordered pizza looked OK at first even with box damaged. Took a piece of a pizza it was super doughy and tasted under cooked to the point the sauce is still cold in some spots. Under the pizza is so bad that the grease or something is sapping thru the bottom of the pizza box and making the pizza even worse.
Pizzas were good, service not so much. I preordered pizzas2 hrs prior and when I got there they weren't done. The counter guy asked me for my name to supposedly check but he never came back to let me know. Stood around waiting for someone to acknowledge me. Also, I do not appreciate listening to vulgar rap music while I pick up my pizza, Papa Johns. The amount of f-bombs & every other curse word known to man was astounding, considering I was only there for 10 mins. Good thing I left the grandkids in the van.
I ordered pizza and a 2-liter of Pepsi. It took over an hour for them to deliver it, it tasted awful, and they didn't bring the Pepsi because they didn't have anymore. I called and asked for another kind because it was too difficult for them to call and let me know, and an hour and a half later it still didn't come. I called again and the lady said they would send it right over. A half hour later it still didn't come and I called to get a refund and heard the same lady in the background laughing. "She thinks we are going to send it out to her!" Yeah lady, it was an order that I paid for and it is not my fault you are incompetent at your job! Would give a 0 if I were able.
App estimated 2hr delivery time. Fine it was Halloween not a big surprise that itd be busier than usual. 3hrs later called the store was told they were just waiting for a driver to get back. A hour later called again, same thing just waiting for a driver. So spent 4hrs to get nothing but excuses. Safe to say I won't be ordering from this location again.
I paid for a pizza, it came out of my bank account. I called about my order and they said they never got it I asked about my bank charges and they hung up on me. My boss called and they hung up on him also. . Charged and no pizza.
Ordered two medium well done pepperoni pizza to the hotel at the Holiday Inn and the pizza's came quick however they weren't well done, it was almost on the other side of the spectrum of even being done, cheese was so thick and slid off the crust no way could I even suck that up and eat it...so I called and had them bring another round of pizza's out and good grief...I know I'm in the land of cheese but to much cheese can be a bad thing, especially on pizza....so the second round of pizza's were cooked more, however there was still so much cheese piled on top that you couldn't really cook the cheese on top enough without burning the crust up. So I don't know if Wisconsin has a different portion to ratio when it comes to cheese here... but it's almost uneatable.
Ordered 3 pizzas for delivery a couple weeks ago. Pizza was delivered to wrong location, took over 90 minutes to actually get my food. Manager gave me a pizza credit. New order today and I was told 20-30 minutes. Arrived after 30 and they tell me it’s going to be 15-20 more. Seriously? Pizza is good but the speed and service is awful. How can you consistently mess up like this?
