Went in just before 11am on a Wednesday. It was completely empty inside, while a few cars went through the drive thru while we ate. All the food came out hot and just how we ordered it. We didn't wait too long for our food. I wish I could remember the employee's name, but he was really nice and chatted with us for a bit. We really enjoyed it. I would come back if I was in the area again.
Better than Beloit but far from impressive. Is this the new normal for you @kfc? I’ll start with this. PAY ATTENTION BELOIT At least my order was 100% Correct and everything was in stock. Now that that’s out of the way…My food wasn’t good at all. The chicken tenders were a decent temp but the popcorn chicken was room temp and the biscuits were cold. The Mac and cheese was steaming hot but had either sat too long or had been reheated. The top and bottom were old cheese, mustard yellow color. The customer service was better okay. Just okay. When you hand out an order to a customer who’s order you didn’t take idk maybe confirm the order? Don’t just say “here”.
If I could give zero Stars I would. I can't review the food since they never took my order and made me sit for 20 minutes without even saying anything. I gave up and waited another almost hour before I could leave the drive-thru. Seems they can't employ more than one person at a time on their shifts. I figure it's not worth ordering at this point if I have to wait so long. This is every time I go there so I guess I brought it on myself. Confident we can say I will never go here again.
Ordered 2 3pc meals and workers forgot 1 mashed potato and 1 Cole saw. Didn’t notice until i got home. They weren’t busy and was not a big order. Was not going to waste a 1/2 hour to go get them. Will not be going back anytime soon.
Food was horrible, chicken was rubbery. The only good thing about my meal was the soda. Add to that a super long wait for the food to begin with. Also, they've locked the front door and made it an exit only. That is alienating your disabled customers, who have to park by the front door. But then walk around to the other side of the building. Kfc has been subpar for a while, but I have reached my limit and doubt I will return
Pretty bad. The place is dirty and had unstocked condiments and cup lids. The first table we sat at had a broken back which was completely separated on one side from the bench. Should have been obvious to whoever is supposed to clean them. The place was barely heated to the point that the staff was complaining about it. The most ridiculous thing of all though was the fact that they DO NOT HAVE PLATES. When asking for some we were told they haven't been stocking them for a while. They gave us flimsy cardboard trays to eat out of but only AFTER we asked for some plates. How are you supposed to eat a family chicken meal with sides without plates? LOL. Save yourself a headache and go to Popeyes.
Pop no ice. Dining room closed. Got all the way homedo not live in Janesville and missing 4 biscuits. Why is dining room closed??? Alot easier to check your order inside for mistakes.
My husband went there on January 17 at 5:30 PM and ordered 2-3piece chicken dinners. He asked for original recipe and was told they didn’t have any left. He then asked for crispy and was told they only had 2 pieces left and was asked if he wanted white or dark meat, he said dark and was told that it was all white meat. The young person then asked him if he wanted to cancel his order and he said, “yes”, and the young person said, “cool”. Very unprofessional and awful customer service. People don’t stop eating dinner at 5:00 PM.
The 30 dollar meal deal was actually 32 dollars. The chicken pieces were so small I could have eaten all ten pieces and I only weigh 160 pounds. Look at the size of the chicken leg next to the quarter. Shame on KFC. Won't be going back there any time soon.
Went there for lunch the one who our order was very nice. We received our food and asked for 2 extra sauces and come to find out they are .40 each is ridiculous! Went up to the counter and asked for a bag the employee clearly heard me the first time and said "what" so I had to practically yell for them to hear me when it was dead silent as the employee handed me the bag he was "shaking" as if I was some scary person. I will definitely be taking my services elsewhere. Tried to call the corporate number was a dead end and when I called the store took 3 times for them to answer for the corporate number. Overall it was just a joke and will never eat there again. Also don't sit on the booths unless you want to sit on damaged seats. The ladies bathroom was a complete mess with the toilet paper holder unlocked.
