Considering that this is one of the very few stores open late at night where people can grab a quick snack, I have visited this Circle K multiple times to purchase a chicken sandwich. One visit was around 1:15 a.m., and on several other occasions I stopped by between 11:30 p.m. and 12:30 a.m.nnUnfortunately, every time I received the same response: the machine was being cleaned, and I would need to wait 45 minutes to an hour before a sandwich could be prepared because the cleaning had just started.nnTo the owners and management: please consider reviewing this process. It may be helpful to schedule machine cleaning during hours with the least customer traffic, perhaps between 3:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m., rather than during the busiest late-night period.nnThere are many restaurants nearby, and a lot of hospitality staff finish work late and look for a quick meal. This store is often the closest and most convenient option on Main Street. As a customer, it is frustrating to repeatedly find that hot food is unavailable during these hours.nnI am not sure whether this is a staff who don’t want to do it or simply the current operating procedure, but I believe it is something that could be improved to better serve customers.
I go here often and today I really wanted a pick me up. I got a small sub from and cute shop nearby, then I went to get a pop from circle K.nDeclined..nwell, I figured I didn’t have enough money. All good.nTo my surprise, it was on the house. Really made my day. Small gesture but this is why I continue to go
Dirty. Store is consistently disgusting, every time I walk in employees are sitting behind the cash on the phone. When dealing with employees they are rude, arrogant and disrespectful. I would avoid at all costs
Didn't have $50 in change for my $100 bill at 1pm in the afternoon, and made it my problem. I get if it was the middle of the night, or it was hundreds of dollars... But it wasn't. $50 isn't even a tank of gas... it's nothing these days. I keep more change on hand for my vegetable stand at the end of my driveway.. pretty sad. If you don't accept cash, post a notice, ya know? And definitely don't make it your customers problem.
The manager with glasses, younger man with turban, and one other male staff are usually all friendly and polite. “Sam” who is on late night shift, has purposefully declined my debit transactions twice now causing me inconvenience by having to go get cash to pay. He is apparently discriminating upon sight customers, and choosing who he will serve without hassle. This stupidity could cost the store loss of revenue, business and human rights or civil lawsuits. Smarten up!
