Nice small grocery store with good variety of items. Prices are a bit higher on certain items but not all. Could be due to location in tourist town. Good to watch flyer and find sale items. Nice deli counter with daily hot soup and sandwiches to go. Fresh made salad selection to go. Fresh produce. Very friendly staff!

Prices are what you would expect for a tourist town. Still cheaper than TO on most things by a mile. Veggies and fruits looked pretty fresh. I recently got a deal on some and season asparagus for about $2.49 a pound and it was delicious. However their barbecue chickens were expensive and not really that tasty. Overall there are always a few deals. I give the staff a high grade for knowledge friendliness and patience especially with the current covid-19 conditions. Hats off to your staff.

We LOVE that you carry Yorkshire farms meats. It's the reason we shop here. We also appreciate you stocking organic meadows milk. IT always sells out first especially 3% bags so it's not always in stock it might be because metro stopped stocking it so your getting that business! . You are bringing in more and more organic and local options while your competitors are not. ‍Your bold move on plastic bags is also really impressive. Someone always has to be the first. Please keep it up its amazing. Also...your team is really friendly and so helpful. Lily is especially awsome.

This place is in a plaza beside other businesses and the parking lot gets crammed quite quickly. The fruit and vegetable area is small, fresh meat and fish area the same. I find the isles hard to navigate and not very organized. Staff is friendly though and it’s open the longest in Picton. Honestly, I prefer the local metro better.

Nice store - good staff. I was disappointed after purchasing a healthy amount of Salmon for entertaining that it had gone bad. I would have hoped for some better overview on the fish products - as it was a couple different containers of fish - so was surprised they both were off. The problem was resolved quickly by the friendly staff so appreciated that.

Very nice and clean location. It's small but you can find everything you are looking for except water. Yes, that time, it was a big shortage of water bottles. I didn't get a proper answer from the staff and that's why they got 4 Stars. The prices are reasonable. Some products are overpriced. Shortly, it's a good place to do shopping.

Just had the worst experience in my life. Sunday am went in to get something that was not in stock. In order not to walk out empty handed we grabbed a pizza bun. We waited in a long line to be expected..its sunday and nibbled on our pizza bun while waiting 25 minutes at cash. We weren't in a hurry and very happy. At cash we were met with a very angry sharp toned curly haired red head cashier that loudly chastised us in front of everyone for eating our food we were waiting patiently to pay for. I thought she was kidding. I teased my friend that he had just gotten in trouble. She then told me.how "highly inappropriate we were to eat our food in line" I'm a 51 year old person who has been in the county for decades. I took 30 minutes in line to try to buy something at our local shop and be polite only to be embarrassed like that in front of my friend and other customers. It was the worst customer service I think I've ever had. I'll never ever go back and happy to return to the friendly faces at metro. She should be spoken to if you dont want other people treated like this. It was unprovoked and deeply uncalled for.

Great selection of food! This location also offers sensory-friendly shopping hours and I think all grocery/big box stores should do the same!

Love Sobeys. Everyone should go to. The fish counter and ask...'what are you having for dinner?'. That's what I do.... tonight... fresh pickeral...yum. best fish counter in the County

Produce and fruit could be improved but everything else is great! Best meat around - even better than the butcher. LOVE that they bag your groceries for you. Unlike Superstore.
