I have visited this store several times, and every time I was served by an attendant named S*r*ti, who appears to be relatively new. On each visit, she asked me for ID. I explained that I could show my identification on my phone, but she refused and stated that it was “not in her rule book.”nnWhat I found concerning was that the customer immediately before me was not asked for any ID at all. When I politely questioned why the rules seemed to apply differently to me, I asked where those same rules were for the previous customer. At that point, her attitude became rude and unprofessional.nnI fully understand and respect store policies, but they should be applied consistently to all customers. Being singled out while others are treated differently is frustrating and unacceptable. I expect staff to enforce rules fairly and to treat customers with respect rather than responding with hostility when legitimate questions are asked.

I came in around 1:50 am today in my pajamas, looking a mess, trying to find Tylenol for someone at home, and I was honestly pretty stressed. The man working overnight was so kind and patient with me and helped me figure something out. I left feeling a lot less overwhelmed. I wish I had gotten his name. Thank you for your compassion.

A large circle k shop with all amenities including froster, ice cream, pop and coffee in addition to clean washrooms.nTheir service was good and the gas was reasonably priced for the area.nThey're strictly circle k and won't accept Esso discount cards.

If you want to run your business properly, then fire Karishma from the job. I don’t even look young, but still I keep getting asked for ID.
