Avo Convenience

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! the man selling barely acknowledged my presence and seemed distracted/ irritated when I was asking for assistance with using the printing services. I finally figured out how to use the equipment and went to pay. He was assisting someone else at the time so I quickly glanced up at the toy section (which was somewhat close to the door) to see if my grade 2 kid could use anything there to enhance a presentation I was helping her with. The man (supposedly the current owner), quickly shouted at me thinking I was going to leave without paying. It was funny how he suddenly noticed that I was even there! So I called him out on his behavior and he became very defensive and arrogant. I reminded him how important it was to be kind and courteous to customers as we are important to the success of his business. However, he shouted out loud how he didn't need me and that I could get out his shop if I wanted to etc.. As I had already printed the material I felt that it was unethical to leave without paying, so I paid and left. I am generally a kind person so my good conscience made me go back in the store to apologize and to help this man improve his customer service skills so he could make customers happy (I used to be a customer service trainer). To my utter amazement, the man arrogantly threw me out stating, ' I don't want to hear anything from you! and I don't care about what you are saying! .. He finished by saying that his sales increased by 3% since he was there..??? How ??? Not with his attitude!! As consumers we must SPEAK UP if we experience rude and inhumane treatment from businesses!! Else, we will definitely leave ourselves open to tyranny from businesses! #boycottAVOCONVENIENCE...

This place has good customer service and all good at low price

yeah, this store is far overpriced and most of the food is expired. Avoid it like the plague....
