If I could present a 0 I seriously would, these ladies at the register are completely disregarding respect. I arrived on a busy afternoon, paid with some loose change. Immediately she counts it and slams it down onto the counter and repeats the total. I count my coins again while explaining how I handed her the correct amount un willing to admit she’s wrong. Again with a high volume of attitude she speaks next. Please teach your employees basic math it’s not difficult.nnAll the bottled sodas near the windows are long past there expiration dates. One read 13/03/25 another 15/07/25. We notified an employee of the situation for health safety and she proceeds to nod and walk off, ignorant.nnThey treat these high school students with such disrespect it’s disgusting. These teenagers are in fact paying customers with a social life. Some may not carry the same respect virtues as others but please teach these employees to mature when confronting customer service.

Very bad experience. A lady her name was prabh working there having no sense how to speak with customer and i usually playing lottery everyday online and scratch tickets i taped over the lottery tray this scratch ticketni need she gave me other one and said that scratch ticket is for someone's else that means they are scamming with olg i will send an email to olg too or call them tomorrow morning they might keep the winning scratch lottery for there friends 50-50 share will divided after shifts waoo i will tell to olg whole scene last thing they don't know how to explain what the customer need is. Try to improve your customer service skills and whenever i will see owner will talk to him once everyone should talk with him once

I had a very disappointing experience at Circle K recently. The customer service was extremely poor — the staff member working at the time, Guneet wearing a turban, was very rude and unprofessional. He was rough in how he spoke and seemed unwilling to assist with basic questions. I expect much better treatment as a customer. This experience has made me reconsider visiting this location again.

Train ur staff better. Gurpreet in particular. Is it my fault ur employee decided to get in an argument with another customer and waste time? Im in line at 11:58pm next in line, but because ur too busy arguing with a customer, u tell me its past 11 i cannot serve you beer. Why were u wasting time arguing with the customer before me? You arent trained better to deescalate a situation and move forward with the line up? you were just on a power trip smiling and laughing denying the sale because of an issue u started. U see i have beer in my hand. U see its 10:59, why u telling me to “wait” at the till too? Just so you can deny me the sale as well saying its past 11?

Tried to return Amazon package apparently system has been down for over 5 days lol staff allways have different stories, gas is also over priced and this place is verry disrespectful and dose not care abt customers time avoid this place at all cost
