MA Chinese Cuisine

This place is a true Niagara Gem! The food is fantastic and the servers are knowledgeable. We end up going here for all my birthdays now. We love getting the BC crab and Xiaolongbao and trying new things every time we visit. I absolutely adore the custard bunnies!

Can’t believe we haven’t gone here sooner.nnThis is the absolute best chinese spot BY FAR in the Niagara region.nnDim Sum was definitely a highlight.nnAll the food is fresh and hot. High quality as well.nnService is also very nice and the atmosphere is the perfect mix of casual and upscale

I do not even know where to start! This might be the most amazing Chinese restaurant that we have ever gone to and this includes our 28 days in mainland China.nnThe 59 page menu was a tad overwhelming so we had our amazing server Aya pick out some delicious items for us to enjoy! She was a delight! So helpful and friendly!nnPart of our issue was our incredible hunger after a busy day, we would have eaten one of everything! It all looked so amazing!nnYou have to try it to appreciate it. I have reviewed a lot of places, but I have never said this. YOU MUST GO. IT WAS INCREDIBLE.

Came to Ma Chinese Cuisine for a work party, it was fantastic! The food was flavourful and delicious.nnService was lovely, our server Sol was so informative on the wide menu selection! Atmosphere was beautiful, great interiors and decor. We ordered a lot of different dishes as we were a large group! I would 100% come back!

We have been coming to MA very frequently over the past year and have never been disappointed. In fact, it only gets better with our last visit having excellent customer service by Danny who waited on us. Danny exhibited excellent knowledge of what pairs well with what and how we could balance all we had eaten and end on a good note with what dessert. We wanted to try the mango pudding but he recommended the mango sponge instead and he was 100% on point. It was an excellent dessert and I’m so glad for his recommendation. We will definitely be coming back and more so on the weekend when Danny is working so he can make more quality recommendations for us.
