I went for a bikini wax, which I've had before. The girl wasn't careful at all and ripped my skin. I've never been so red after a wax. The wax job itself is horrible. The hairline is crooked and looks ridiculous. She also left the room and I still had tons of wax all over me. As I searched for some alcohol or something to remove the sticky wax, I saw that they had hair all over! There was a pair of scissors with tons of black hairs. It was so disgusting! The positives of the experience was that they let me move it 30 min without any notice and she was really quick.

The girls there are super chill, laid back and friendly while remaining respectful. So they don't talk much but they'll keep the conversation going if you start some! Special mention for the special attention I was graced with after a long day.

Expensive for the service and poor quality. The spa pedi is nice but I left and I still had rough patches undur my big toes. And my friend had chipped nail polish. The girls were nice but they did not give the impression they like to work with the public. Everyone working there is doing their own little thing, not bothering to say hello to the customers they see, even if they do not serve them. The location looks fancy on the website but it's a small and old place. And to boot, they offer you a glass of wine but only have white!

The best place for anything hair cut, waxes, nails, and facials! It's a great place. Have a tea or coffee, Wine If you like. You get be to yourself, enjoy yourself and you'll love your new self.
