I went in to get my foundation matched and Jasmine was really kind and helpful. Although I ended up reacting to the foundation due to sensitive skin, she was helpful in process the refund and suggesting some other products for my skin.

Very friendly staffs esp. Jasmine! Jasmine always is ready to help.She is very knowledgable, and whatever product she suggests always works for me. In one case, she color match a foundation for my sister who lives overseas and the appeared to be a perfect match! Thank you Jasmine for being such a beautiful, wonderful person both inside and out!

Honestly the most knowledgeable and professional team I have ever experienced in the cosmetic industry! All the girls at this location are amazing truly. Faranak is the make up artist I use mostly because I love a full brow and a lot of eye make up blended to perfectionShe gets it beyond perfection every time If you are particular with having a specific look, I highly recommend you visit the MAC at Bayview Village all day long!!

Today I had a complete makeover and lesson in makeup application by Farrah. She was wonderful and I learned so much from her. The other ladies in the store were very friendly and knowledgeable as well. This is going to be my new Mac go-to store from now on. I am very happy that I did this for myself. EBS

Came to Canada for a wedding and needed to get my full face of makeup done. A few people suggested some other places but I knew that if I could find a MAC everything would be ok. I came in on Friday and although they and 2 other stores had been booked for a month, there was a cancellation. Got in on Sat at 12pm and Allie was AMAZING. She did such a beautiful job and the rest of the ladies there were really fun too. I will always choose MAC.

Today, December 19 2018 at 11am I wanted to make a purchase at this store and waited for 15 minutes until the blond assistant started serving me. But a minute later she has left me for another customer in the middle of the conversation. I was insulted and left the store. I feel discriminated by this sales person. Never again will I visit this store. Very rude and unprofessional!
