I purchased a Groupon for 6 laser sessions and unfortunately couldn't complete my package no refund. 1 - appointments have been challenging, both making them and misunderstanding existing ones. 2 - their machine is unbearably painful. I noticed that their Groupon details and website doesn't clarify which machine they use, which should've been a red flag. I would stay away.

Went to Beauty one a few years ago and loved it, finally just went back yesterday and still love it! I got the 100 lashes for $60 yet they added more at no extra cost to make sure everything was even looking. I have very thin blonde eyelashes so when finished mine looked very natural, where as my friends looked much fuller due to her thicker natural lashes. Ether way I'm very happy with the results and will be going back. Staff is always so friendly, Wendy cares a lot about her business and her customers.

There are no reasons for negative reviews about this salon. It’s actually insane the rude behaviour and hurtful unnecessary things people are saying.They are friendly, always do a good job, fix any issues that you may have with no problems at all, it’s a clean and relaxing environment and amazing price point. When you get lash extensions you have to understand how to care for them and the maintenance that comes with it. They are a high maintenance product in general. They need combing and cleaning after the 24 hours of leaving them alone for the glue to properly dry and of course they are going to fall out! They fall out just as your regular eyelashes fall out. You wouldn’t get acrylic nails and expect no damage to your nails. This is the same thing. They look amazing but you have to do the upkeep and maintence and ignore what’s underneath. If that isn’t something you are prepared for then don’t get them. This salon does them the best I’ve ever had— the people complaining on here are just speaking to regular eyelash extension upkeep. Thanks beauty one for being the best out there with amazing prices and amazing technique!

SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE ESPECIALLY TO GET LASH EXTENSIONS! They gave me an eye infection after I had gone to get my lashes done they took longer than usual, I think they had a trainee doing my lashes because she took extensively longer than usual. After the woman was finally completed, I rested my eyes for 15 minutes before opening them as I usually do only for the lashes on one of my eyes to be still glued together, after letting them know, the owner took over and unglued the lashes. When I got home my eyes looked small and the next morning upon waking up my eyes were sore and bloodshot red, I called to advise them and they dismissed me, tried to downplay the severity and refused a refund THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY and they are very unsanitary. They have lost a customer for good.

If you go here, I suggest going to Wendy! She is the best one to do your lashes. I have been going to her for years and she never disappoints me. My best advice is to book with her advance. She listens to what you want and she gives you exactly what you ask for. She is really amazing and what she does. Shirley did my lashes once and Rebecca did my lashes once - and even though it wasn’t terrible, they didn’t do them how I wanted them so Wendy had to fix them. Moral of the story is, Wendy gets an A+ and I will continue to go to her for a long time. Thanks Wendy!!! Also, amazing prices so you cannot go wrong!

I had my eyelash extensions done here and they did a wonderful job! I was half an hour late due to a snowstorm, and they graciously held my appointment for me which I am grateful for, since it took me over an hour to get there!. The technician even stayed late to make sure my lashes were perfect. Couldn't be happier with the service.
