I've been with This broker for more than 10 years and always have been served well. Our contact person is always responding quickly and providing us with what we need. We also get good advices when necessary.

They keep raising the premium. I looked around and found better deals (all last minute). They "matched" what I found but added 22 cents... not good at loyalty. Been with them since 2012.

Horrible customer service!!! I've sold my car in January. We are now April, nobody will return my calls to cancel my contract but they are still taking out money of my account every month though. I was told from a secretary I had to cancel in writing. Sent a letter, it never happens..When I get a new car Very soon they will never get another dime from me!!

They are horrible, they are charging more for my cancellation than if I had staid with them for a full year! DON't use this company.

Worst customer service ever! I have been trying to reach them for 2 days now, and every time I call I am placed on hold for 20-30 minutes. I am ready to jump ship and move on to another insurance company, with MUCH BETTER customer service.
