My friends and I have been coming to Lure for a while now and ever since we’ve came the first time the service provided has always been top notch! From the food to the shisha to the service provided has been nothing short of exceptional. In particular the General Manager Sharry has always made sure we felt welcome and has always treated us like family! His professionalism is outstanding and has become one of the main reason we keep coming back!
I don’t often go to hookah bars, but when I do, it’s only here! Very nice atmosphere, great music and the most delicious rose wine! special thanks to the general manager Sharry for his attention and moodFood: 5/5
I'm always suspicious of places where most of the reviews I see for it are accounts with low single digit amount of reviews. Went here last night and this place totally killed the vibe. Immediately when seated the table was so dirty. There was a huge drink spill in the middle of the table and we kept asking for it to be cleaned, but it wasn't until we got food orders where we were able to use the napkins we got to clean it up ourselves. The whole night was a flop from there. Food is totally bland and tastes like it's just frozen and reheated. The tobacco burned up very quickly and after 5 mins there was no flavor so it seems like they just put a bit of good stuff on top and then load the bottom with basic tobacco. When we wanted a refill we were told it was past last call for hookahs. No one told us or asked if we wanted anything before last call. Which leads into my next point, the waitress was totally unorganized and flustered. We were missing drinks a few times, she rushed us to order but we didn't have menus, didn't bring cutlery and when we asked for a split check she acted like the world was ending. The place was way too crowded too so people kept bumping our hookah. Also, the DJ can't beat match, EQ or transition to save his life and was redlining the mixer half the time. The only redeeming feature was that the cocktails I tried were mixed really well, and they use proper cocktail ice cubes so your drink doesn't get watered down.
As a grape flavor enthusiast, Lure Lounge is my go-to destination for an amazing hookah experience. The cafe offers a variety of flavors, but my personal favorites are grape mint and grapefruit. Sharry, the welcoming and friendly general manager, ensures that each visit is a memorable one. His warm personality creates a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The staff members are always attentive and helpful, making sure that I have the best possible experience while enjoying my chosen hookah flavor. Lure Lounge embraces a diverse crowd, including many Ukrainian visitors, which adds an extra element of enjoyment to my time there. I wholeheartedly recommend!
One of a kind experience. Best sheesha flavours in Calgary. Great appetizers. Excellent service. Tempting craft beers. Superb ambience. Highly recommended.
Really good service. Music got loud at 9pm and we left shortly thereafter. I liked it quiet and it's good to go early to this particular place. You'll enjoy the good tunes and few people. It gets hype after 9pm and It wasn't my cup of tea. But the DJ was awesome come to us and said hi. The manager was cool too. The shisha was fire. This means good. Lol. Check it out. We had the pri pri fries and with garlic dip and Mayo and chipotle dip. So good. Tea was good too.
Sharry the General Manager was amazing!!! i couldn’t have asked for a better experience our server i think latia was just incredible and made sure we had everything we needed! superb place with awesome drink selection highly recommend!Food: 5/5

’ /, , ." There's nothing like the vibe on 17th ave, and @lurelounge is at the heart of it! I recently got to check out their new patio and menu offerings and I was quite impressed. Especially by the food, and I'll be honest, I was not expecting that from a sheesha lounge. I'm glad I was wrong!
