If you are plus size, this Lululemon is not for you. Not only do they not carry above 12 for tops sweaters, shirts, ect., the staff avoids me like I’m a pest and like I do not belong in their store because I am a bigger gal. Everytime I go there, I never get helped or asked if I need anything. I was clearly looking for something and the employees were trying to ignore eye contact and try to go help someone else. Mind you that most of my clothing is Lululemon. Went in today when I finally found someone that wasn’t trying to run away from me, I asked them if they had a specific Hoodie in an XXL, and the employee barely looked at my phone and rudely said “no”. As a client, I shouldn’t have to beg them to help me find something. The employees that worked in the changing rooms were nice though, that I can say ! So if you are plus size, I highly suggest that you shop online or at least try another location. Maybe it’s just me, but I felt like I didn’t deserve costumer service because I am a plus size woman.
I have always found lulu lemon very poor quality, my husband got me a gift card that they refuse to refund so I came here to use it… stood in line in the freezing cold to use a gift card on low quality over priced garments in tacky colours
Mia I believe that’s her name… tall with reddish hair is AMAZING!!! Very pleasant, extremely helpful and went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted! She stands out from other employees that I’ve been served by because she knows her products very well and she also offered me a solution to return an item that I wasn’t pleased with, which no one else even considered to do!!! She is truly an asset to this store and should definitely be promoted!! I’d go back there and refer friends and family to her!!! The team must be happy to work with such a great employee!!!
I usually receive a good service here. But last time I went, the employee at the cash was kinda rude to me. When I asked about my “Sweat Collective”discount, that was clearly missing on the total, instead of apologizing for that error, and almost yelling at me, she said: “well this doesn’t apply to your girlfriend items, just for yours. I knew that btw Show me a piece of ID!?” I was polite, showed my ID, paid and left. I know everyone has bad days, but being rude to clients, or strangers in general, is just inappropriate. Pretty disappointed by my experience today.
Was busy that day, it was not organized. But can understand that. Yahh..!!
Loved the service. I had an issue with an online order that was ready for pickup. Long story short, my item could not be found. The store manager offered me exceptional service as a comprise for the loss. She exceeded my expectations and I greatly appreciate it! I felt valued as a customer.
Great customer service Love the collection always
I was there amount 1-2 weeks ago. During the pandemic, I understand that there is a limited capacity inside the store. I waited patiently outside and I was second in line. However, I did not see any signs asking for customer to wait for the staff to let them in. When I was finally first in line, there was no greeting. I was simply told, "Please wait here". I've worked in retail service before and I would expect a "Hello, please wait here." When I was allowed to go in, I was told "You can wash your hands there." I've read a similar comments from someone else about the disappointing service at this store. I think that the staff needs a refresher on how to welcome customers in the store. I also found that the store has a very limited selection. Therefore, I gave it a 2-star rating for both the service and availability of products in-store. They must realize that online shopping is very accessible, and poor in-store service will not help the survival of the in-store business.
Always great courteous and bilingual service from the team at Lulu Dix30. I wish the men's selection was greater/equivalent to what is online or in the stores out west, but thanks to their lenient return policy, this isn't a huge issue.
Lots of pants / legging, from jogging, yoga, to lounging or easy traveling! Great variety of colorful top, long or short sleeves. Excellent and friendly service!
