Browns

At the end of January, I was at the store to buy a handbag as a birthday gift. The two gentlemen working there gave me white glove service. I was truly blown away by their level of effort and attention to detail. It is one my best customer experiences in any retail environment.

I went in because they had a boot I was interested in on display. Shout out to Byron who helped me that day, and even though they didn't have that boot in my size (larger) he was accommodating and had an option to order it in my size. If they had had it in store, I would have purchased them on the spot. The prices were high, if you shop at ardenes. But if you want good quality, you get what you pay for. I only handled the boots but they were good quality In summary ; Salesmen were nice, spoke english, store was clean, prices high but so was the quality. Would shop there again.

Very good Customer Service, and a nice shopping experience. I had an issue with a pair of shoes and they were very helpful in both Dix30 Browns shoes, to help with my situation.
