The sweetest customer service shoutout to an employee named Mary/Marie and her manager. Was debating between two sizes and shoe model for an hour and they were so patient and helpful! Called earlier about a product in stock too and the person on the phone was super helpful too

I went to Crocs Dix30 to return an online order, which I brought in a transparent plastic bag the one it came with and exchange it with something from the store.nThe salesman suggested I buy a bag to take my new crocs, but I didn’t want to pay because I already brought one which had my old crocs, and he refused to give them back to me.nI had to walk out of the store with Crocs in my hands… when people looked at me I simply said: Crocs take your bags, and sell you new ones.nVery unprofessional customer service.

My first pair of crocs and I am happy with the experience. I didn’t think I needed any guidance in buying rubber shoes but I was very wrong. The owner was on sight and he was a lot of help. He made a suggestion and those are the shoes I walked out with. I would absolutely go back.
