Benny and his team were stellar!! I came in with an extremely late exchange request on an online order of crocs that didn’t fit me, and they happily exchanged them for ones in my size, even asking if I wanted to change colours. Benny was very friendly and kind, he made sure I was happy with what I got. For the only Crocs™ store in Quebec, it’s a good one :

My first pair of crocs and I am happy with the experience. I didn’t think I needed any guidance in buying rubber shoes but I was very wrong. The owner was on sight and he was a lot of help. He made a suggestion and those are the shoes I walked out with. I would absolutely go back.

The sweetest customer service shoutout to an employee named Mary/Marie and her manager. Was debating between two sizes and shoe model for an hour and they were so patient and helpful! Called earlier about a product in stock too and the person on the phone was super helpful too
