"Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. My daughter and I had a great experience at lululemon at the Niagara Outlet Mall. It was a Monday evening so it was already nice and quiet. We got to quietly browse around but towards the time that we wanted to try things on, James, one of the sales associates approached us and offered to take our items to our change rooms. He even offered to look in the back for black pair of leggings for my daughter once he saw that I had finished trying on my items and saw that I was helping my daughter. Such a wonderful experience especially when a lot of these stores in the outlet mall are being “serviced” by unfriendly workers who don’t even say hello or offer to help. Thank you so much James!
What a great experience. Super helpful staff. Store was well stocked. Super clean and super busy. One associate spent over 30 min with my daughter to help her buy her first pair of Lululemon pants.
We always find a good deal. My wife bought a pair of leggings for only $40.00. What a deal. Friendly staff. Very helpful
Some stuff is pricey but otherwise tonight's visit was perfect! I went to buy my husband a gift and it was mostly males working instead of always all females. The males were super helpful with sizes I was able to buy my husband more gifts than intended.
Employees were very friendly. Not much in stock due to resellers like the lady next to me in the check out buying 20 of the same items, pretty frustrating. Wish lulu would limit how many of an item you can get at the outlet.
Super hit and miss. If you’re local, it’s worth going once a month to see what they have especially in the low seasons as I’ve purchased great items in normal colours/sizes here. Other times, it’s just outrageous patterns/colours all in XXL or sizes outside of average.
Thank you for the help in both finding shorts for the summer season but for also ensuring my profile was set up for the applicable benefits. Katie was outstanding and I was happy with both the items offered, the price and the service. There’s lots of ample parking here at the outlets and there are options for dinner and coffee close by as well. I give this location a full five stars and I hope others have the same experience.
Great deals if you can find your size and like bright colours
Stopped here during March break in hopes to find myself some swim shorts and was surprised by the great sale prices and the decent selection. Linda, who was rocking the change rooms, was amazing. Super nice and helpful. She went to the back even though I didn't ask and found 3 more pairs for me to try on. I ended up buying 2. She wasn't pushy, just helpful and that's all you need to be there. My only complaint is that the staff wear regular clothes and it was crowded, was impossible to tell who the staff were. Otherwise, everything was fantastic. 4/5.
The store is a disaster. They minute you walk in, it feels chaotic and you just want to leave.
