"Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities."

How can i contact customer service. I was charged for a free scrunchie yesterday at Niagara Outlet. I saw my receipt today and was charged for a FREE SCRUNCHIE. Please advise.
Store was well stocked with all the best! The guy with the curly blond hair and glasses was actually amazing, give him employee of the month and a pizza party!
I would even give minus 5 to this store if that’s an option. Sizes are organized mess. I got the wrong size 8 from the size 4 pile which I didn’t even pay attention to. Brought the wrong size back to the store for exchange the next day, the staff there told me it’s the store policy no exchange even it’s their mistake not organizing the sizes and make sure everything is in the right size pile. I am so pissed and disappointed with their lazy attitude. Never ever go to that store again.
Was here not too long ago this month.. I don’t normally shop here at Lululemon but I came here to see if they had any black pleated skirts. Unfortunately they didn’t but one of the employees were really nice and tried to help me and my mom out when we needed it! Although the deals weren’t bad. I probably won’t be coming back here though.
Thank you for the help in both finding shorts for the summer season but for also ensuring my profile was set up for the applicable benefits. Katie was outstanding and I was happy with both the items offered, the price and the service. There’s lots of ample parking here at the outlets and there are options for dinner and coffee close by as well. I give this location a full five stars and I hope others have the same experience.
