It’s Lululemon. You know what you’re getting. Quality stuff. BUT! If you are reading this which is written in English, there is a good chance that you are American, and it’s worth noting that because of the exchange rate, you effectively get the 25% discount on all items. Gotta love Canada!
Very unsatisfied. My leggings had a hole in them after only 5 months of careful use. Customer service said there wasn't anything they could do about it to my great surprise... Can't say I recommend such short lived leggings at such a price.
Great store, friendly easy going staff. I visited the store last Friday to get new yoga T's and shorts. Staff was courteous to show me around what was on sale etc. I finally bought two t-shirts and two pairs of short. Katherine, the sale person that cashier rang up my purchases, was kind and lovely. I like the new store layout, it is more open, and it has a better flow. I will return.
Knowledgeable, honest, bilingual workers. Its a rare day when the floor staff are not genuinely smiling. Their Sunday yoga are always fun.
