Horrible staff, I just got snapped at by cashier who was struggling on register. Trying to help her with the right button to push, she said "DONT TELL ME HOW TO DO MY JOB!" explained I was trying to help, she continued to say "I don't go to your job and tell you how to do it, don't do it to me" AGAIN explained I was just trying to help which seemed to go over her head as she said "We are done here!" Ok this is where her and manager failed miserably at CUSTOMER SERVICE. She did not care to apologize for her unprofessional conduct I called for the manager, she made an already upset customer more aggravated, no apologies for her staff, cutting me off while I'm trying to speak....ugh! Home Depot is looking better each trip to this Lowes Update 3/7/18 the tile grouts and mortars they carry at this store are garbage. Old mortars that fail. And the staff is worse than I thought, 90% of the staff at this store is rude, incompetent, lazy and are making the store more and more disappointing each passing day. 11+yrs FAITHFUL customer of Lowe's that just made his last purchase at that store. When in the area, Home Depot in Saratoga will be getting the buisness I once gave to Lowe's

We are first time home buyers, and have already spent a lot of money here. The employees are little to no help with the questions that we have. We bought $6,000 worth of appliances and they just "forgot" to deliver our fridge. When they did, it was all scratched up. Because we are new to home owning, it is trial and error for what we buy. We frequently come to return things (always have our receipts) but are treated like criminals because we want to return things for store credit. Wouldn't the store rather we spend our money IN STORE than get it back on our cards and never shop here again? Every single person who works behind the customer service desk are terrible to interact with. Miserable, rude, and not helpful. I will not be shopping there any longer, Home Depot from now on! Ridiculous the amount of negative reviews yet nothing changes.

Do not go to lowes it took 4 call to get ahold plus they hung up once !!!!!!

WARNING DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT....after spending thousands of dollars to rehab my bathroom my husband gave me a 75.00 in store credit to use for the job, since he was not here (he was traveling out of town) they refused to honor the card, I produced my driver license prove my identity but they still would not honor the card, In my opinion this rises to the level of fraud when you refuse or require tedious steps to allow customers to redeem the card. Will not shop here EVER again just another reason to shop local and avoid being scammed by the corporate crooks! I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general's office.

*Go to home depot!* Do not have anything delivered! I ordered some fencing online to be delivered to my house. The order was placed Monday and website said customer service would call me by Tuesday to set delivery time. I received no call. I called Wednesday and they said it would come Thursday....Thursday afternoon I get a call saying truck broke down and it will be Saturday now. I was told they will call just after 8 am to set up delivery time, nobody called. I called again at 10 am on Saturday, I was told it's on truck and driver will call soon. It's almost 6 pm, no call....nothing. Called store again and talked a assistant manager who was not very nice and he said it's on its way. Stay away from this store all together! 2nd time we had trouble here.
