CVS

This is directed to the pharmacy.. the staff is not knowledgeable about what insurance covers and what it doesn’t and expects us to know the prices when the insurance company told me that it is their responsibility to notify us if it was covered . Some miserable staff member at the counter told me it’s my job to do that lol how the heck would I know the prices of the prescriptions ? It clearly says on the sheet attached to the script that my insurance doesn’t cover it but after paying she told me I have to check that lol well I wouldn’t have taken it if the lady told me that insurance doesn’t cover it she stated I should have known by the price another lol . I even questioned the price the cashier was clueless and very very rude . We will not do biz with cvs again for meds . On top of incapability to their jobs the lines are always very long . Will be going elsewhere and contacting the rude girls manager . I got her name there was no need to put this incompetence on me as a customer .. it’s not my job to know every med that covered or not and when I asked the girl she didn’t know but if she read it clearly says it … I’m not happy and will be contacting the district office as well … ! Convenient location, though at the time of review, there were considerable shortages and whole shelves unstocked. There are two self check-out terminals, though both require manned assistance to check out a home test kit for the 'Rona, which kind of defeats the purpose. The line for the pharmacy was also longish, though several customers said that they had placed their orders far in advance. Immediately outside the CVS is a bicycle rack provided by Congress Plaza.

Terrible experience.nI did a Christmas card order, on my app showed that was ready, I used my break for go pick up, and when I got there wasn’t ready and the guy who talked to me was ran and rude and didn’t show any interest in help me.

Great location. Open 24 hours. They carry a host of useful items for every day and seasonal needs. Especially helpful when your baby spikes a fever in middle of the night and you forgot to bring along Tylenol to the hotel.

Best pharmacy ever. People in the pharmacy go out of their way to ensure that you get your medications on time. They are so helpful if prescriptions are sent to the incorrect places and come from another state. They are polite, patient, and knowledgeable.
