Best Buy

We went here during a snow storm to get new phones because mine was officially dead and ya know, priorities. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. While we started the process of getting our new phones the employee who helped us helped bridge the time by talking about common interests (husband wouldn’t shut up about PC gaming). Overall, it was a great, painless experience.

Went to the Saratoga store to pick up a microwave we ordered on-line as the ALBANY store was out. The clerk carried out the box and did not bother to point out that the carton had a sizable gash in it. He seemed to be hiding it. When I asked about it he replied " it is probably fine...it happened during delivery" as he placed it in our car. We returned it immediately. Had to order one to be shipped to ALBANY store. I am very disappointed. Such deceptive behavior. No reccomendation today.

Very organized store. Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. Always shop there for all my electronics.

Service is less than helpful. It is however a small store, so I suggest the Albany location if you need to talk with someone about a product. This store is good for small quick purchases.

Needed a new TV and bought one directly from the manufacturer: EPIC FAIL. So we went to Best Buy and found the same TV for more than $150 less!
