I have used Low Cost Storage on and off for years! Every time I have used them I have had great experiences. They really are low cost and want to keep it that way. Very secure and safe. Coltan the Manager has definitely made my experience easy and seamless. The reply time on emails is always quick. One time I was moving stuff into a unit and I unexpectedly had more stuff than I thought and needed a second unit to fit all my stuff right away. I emailed him asking for another unit and I received an email almost immediately with the unit numbers available and for me to just pick one - saved me! When it comes down to it, if I need a storage unit in the future I will be going back to Low Cost Storage. Thank you!
