Excellent eye exam with top technology. Pleasant experience. Felt that I was in good hands. Very friendly and inviting establishment. The only improvement I can recommend is having faster service when the glasses are ready for pick-up.

I'm just very disappointed that they are not open on weekends. Some of us work during the week and cannot go in the evenings, very very disappointing!

What a great experience to be a patient of Dr Louis Bastien. The staff welcomes you, the Dr sees you at the time of your app't. He makes you feel relaxed, explains each procedure and the reason for each test and asks if I have any questions immideately afterward. The thorough exam lasted about 45 minutes. I am a diabetic and must be sure to have an annual eye exam and the Dr made sure I understood the reason for this. He pointed out all the precautions I must take to ensure any disease of the eyes does not come to the point of worsening and needing surgery. Dr Bastien has a wonderful, calm and efficient manner and I have complete confidence in his abilities. I would recommend his services to anyone! Sincerely, Mrs J Johnson, Lachine

Dr. Bougie-Bastien is very thorough, punctual, patient, takes the time to answer my many questions, and explains what he is doing and why. He has been making efforts to eliminate paper in his office and although that is not my top priority it is impressive to see what he has been able to accomplish. Keep up the good work!
