I do not go here often, thank god. Normally only to see my doctor for regular checkup's . On the few times I have gone for what I perceived to be an emergency, I was treated in a first class manner. Thank You for dedicated service.

Please fix the telephone system, waited an hour "first in line" just to get dropped.
Terrible. Terrible phone service, can’t imagine how bad it is in person. Don’t bother waiting 0.5 seconds after the phone menu explains the options, or it’ll auto hang-up. Then, you’ll call again and every minute for the next 10 minutes and it won’t even pick up, saying “user busy”. Then, you’ll call between 12h and 13h but the phone line is closed, and of course you can’t leave a message and. Finally when you do manage to speak to someone, they’ll say “one minute please” and put you on an indefinite hold.

I went in urgently for test results, and walked out with a phone appointment for Monday. Was better than expected.
Best doctor & staff, kind, accommodating, Dr.Bernstein has been mine & my family's doctor since I was 8 & is now my children's doctor also, two thumbs up!
Dr Bernstein and his staff are very courteous, efficient, helpful and accomodating. Dr. Bernstein has been my doctor for 17 years now and we will be very sad when he retires.
