Lou Bird's Fried Chicken

Ordered a bunch of stuff and it was all unreal. Even the slaw was amazing. The flavours are all perfect and the food doesn't even feel heavy considering what it is - just downed half a sandwich, half an order of the chicken & waffles, some sides, and the peach cobbler...and somehow I don't feel as if I ate a heavy meal. This place shouldn't just be a pop-up - it needs to be a permanent spot in Newmarket. Please stay.

Best fried chicken sandwich i have had. Forget the big chains. I ordered from here via skipthedishes. It said 57-67 minutes but we got our food in 30 mins. The classic sandwich is delicious and tastes exactly like a fried chicken sandwich should. The "Korean" version was an absolute delight, the flavors came through but didn't overpower the chicken.

Very sad this is the last week for this pop up restaurant. We've loved all the food. Chicken fingers are excellent. My favorite sandwich is the carolina. Macaroni and pickle slaw awesome! Will definitely be missed!
