The attention is good, but the space is very dirty and messy. They do not have drinks from the machine and they have the glasses served in the refrigerator. They check what things they have before delivering something that the client did not ask for.
Worst KFC experience ever, do not recommend this place. Owners of this franchise should need to pay more attention to how things work here, just a waste of money and disappointment.Food: 1/5
Manager Mark seemed very rude towards the young workers, and their attitudes as a result from this behaviour ruined the overall service, it seemed as though they were more focused on mopping the floor than giving good customer service. Seems like a Karen in the making, Dissapointing Once I eventually got my food, the chips were fresh, and the chicken nicely seasoned, but the gravy tasted of plastic. Overall, not good…
Partially cooked patty. Very unhygienic way of preparing meals. Knowingly / unknowingly very very poor standard. I recommend council should make a visit here. Had a meal yesterday and my tummy feels sick because the way the team was working was horrible, just preparing meals in seconds and not worried or even concerned whether it is well prepared or no ? Very bad. The one star is only for the cashier she was very polite, the cooks were polite too but they were just making orders without any standard. Even it was packed in a manner that I did not feel like eating. But money paid and was hungry so had to eat. I do not think this place should be considered. There is no proper standard. One team is negligent and at times there are team members who are super slow take almost more than 15 mins to prepare one meal. I am sure this place is going to break records of not following KFC SOP’s.
If I could give less than 1 star I would, ordered a dinner for two and chose the upsize option then paid the extra money. When collecting the food we were given one large and one small drink. After asking the manager why we were given 1 small drink she said it was our fault and we needed to pay another $1.80 to get another large drink. Despite me asking her a number of times what was included in purchasing the large option of the meal she proceeded to say to her co worker that I was not understanding and that I had ordered one large drink and paid the extra for that. I asked her to come to the kiosk to look at the ordering sequence so she can familiarize herself with the product she was managing sales of but she refused and claimed to be too busy to take a minute to look. I reached a logger head with this extremely poor service and confirmation from another worker there that this is an ongoing issue with customers prompted me to ask for my money back and they dumped the product or most likely gave it to the next unsuspecting customer all over up sizing one lousy drink that I had already paid for. I won't be visiting the particular KFC ever again and will most likely not be going to KFC in general for quite some time. Texas chicken here I come.
0/5. Previous visit: no burger buns. Latest visit: no burger buns, no original recipe chicken, and heard them say to a customer who ordered after us that they have no chips. They won’t even let you have the burger without the bun which they didn’t have. Oh and the chicken tenders were rock hard and stale. Luckily they were only the size my index finger. I did see remnants of half eaten original recipe pieces on the ground and bones on other tables though.
Went to get lunch yesterday, was already starting to get put off after placing my order and then seeing that Dining area was super dirty, Young dude packing my order had his hand all in his hair not once did i ever see him disappear to wash his hands. Whatever happened to KFC TM wearing hats? Or hairnets? Waited about 20minutes just to get cold burgers cold and stale fries. Top it off when i went to collect my order i wish i had taken a photo of the stations behind the counter, because their floor was covered in so much rubbish!
Took 10 min just to take my order even thought their staff was barely doing anything. There people was standing around and only one of them was actually doing something. Took 15 min to get just 4 pc of wings while their workers were not doing their job. Worst kfc I’ve been to.
the big indian lady manager is the worse, horrible service and gives customers horrible looks and glares. forgot half my order and took 15 mins to get it and didn't even apologise horrible service and need new management as she is useless and rude. worst kfc ever been too and the chicken tasted old and gross disgusting
My drink was warm. Didn’t salt my chips. And didn’t even put in the potato and gravy in my meal when I paid for it. Disgraceful.
